    International human rights law is a body of legal principles, treaties, conventions, and customary practices that establish and protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, regardless of their nationality or status. It governs the relationships between states and individuals, as well as the relationships among states.

    I don't understand the international human rights complaining about treatment if gangs in El Salvador? Where where you when the gangs were eatorting and killing? Are you for han rights or freedom of thugs.?
