I think the answer to my thesis is socrates! Socrates was a man who
tried to evaluate and clarify things with logic and facts! There is even
a reason for his method the Socratic method is called! I think that we
need exactly such a method as a state form and as a way to govern to
make certain decisions! Instead of only democratically voting and only
having interests in the Foreground! That would also be urgently
necessary for the United nations! If we orient ourselves correctly
according to logic and facts and according to the Rightness and
correctness of things I believe this would be the Right way to do
things! I also think that we urgently need socrates in our society!
Plato his best student has built institutes called the Academies where
you have discussed things out and wanted to represent the Correctness!
And I am the firm conviction that we need something so urgently in our
society to create a healthy understanding for the Society and subjects
analyzed and discussed and then the Truth for the Right answer!
i want icj investigate my case since year 2015 with profesional wisdom carefully

I doesn't make sense why Court won't take cases related to humans. Human right's violation by the state itself i.e. the incompetence of municipal laws to facilitate the certain natural rights for its members should be given the status of valid case and hence heard and given judgement upon by ICJ. States do keep their citizens as hostages.

It's pretty unsettling that the minority of the world (Europe) has the most seats in the court.
A judge is impartial.
Though this is corrupt in a sense, today most cases aren’t involving European powers and it makes it less biased I believe
The Question that arises is how should we go forward? How should we
shape our world? How should we deal with problems? What do we do about
things that we do not find right? How should we get back to a healthy
order and society? Are there conflicts? How does the Future develop?
What happens to our planet, do we actually destroy it? What happens to
humanity? How does humanity live? The Answer is! We are in a
catastrophe! There is no world peace there is no harmony! We are about
to destroy the Planet earth! The Situation of humanity is a catastrophe
every day and in every minute a human life suffers on this planet! I
have already given you the Way to liberation! It is up to you! How you
want to shape the Future!
Why does the court accept applications for saving terrorists? Pakistan shouldn't be arguing a killer Mr Yadav. What a waste of resources. Only because we respect the UN.
what is the point though if they are so slow to act over for example the UK government support of Genocide in Indonesia.. either act or close down as a waste of money..
