Skim through one time before exam to solidify the things you've worked on is really important, got me nodded several times agreeing. Even though you memorised and remembered a whole textbook, when you confronted the questions informations in your brain start to stir up. You'll get confused with what this and that answer is, how to answer this and etc etc. So skim through notebook helps you strengthen the 'structure' of this and that you've learnt. This tips helps A LOT. The other tips you mentioned all seem make sense too, gonna try it later on upcoming exam.
I love this video, on the day exam techniques and during exam techniques don't get nearly as much recognition as study techniques. To anyone who's already solidified their study techniques but still can't get higher than 95% (it gets very difficult improving ur percentage after that) then these small things matter soooo much.

Just finished my final exams for my final year in university, and got this video recommended. Major things I will agree with Matt is the visualization and keeping your body fit before the day of exams. The best thing worked for me is simply time management. Here is what I did: 1) Check all the modules/slides/ppts 2 weeks before exams. 2) Study everything and make sure you read through them and understand each every concept, create small notes if you have to, I personally use Microsoft OneNote to create small notes of the entire course syllabus. 3) Ask professors for important topics and understand them as if you have to explain it to your friends (don't memorize, understand and learn) 4) Believe in yourself, trust your hard work and maintain and calm mind through out your exam sessions. best of luck buddy!

I understand, some people’s bodies respond differently to different foods. For example, I respond really terrible to processed carbs and sugar, I literally get inflammation on my face after eating them. But for most people I think eating a low carb diet will do really well for them. I personally think our ancestors mostly ate protein and fat because agriculture was only discovered 8000-10000 years ago so fat and protein is what we should be eating.

1 thing that is equally important before exam is proper sleep, i can tell from experiance as during my alevels when i was givng pure mathematics 1 exam i had a full night sleep and woke up fresh, aced that exam got full marks, couple of days later was pure mathematics 2, which i choked purely cuz i pulled all nighter before the exam, it wasnt cuz i didnt know the material nor cuz i was bad at it or anything, i choked cuz i couldnt get the sleep, same happened with mechanics 1, i choked cuz i had no sleep, thankfully i later took a retake which i aced in both, ik its hard to sleep before exams but sleep is important or else u might just sleep during the exam

Wtf i always eat rice carbs and /or more or less sugar (from chocos) during my exms, you gotta trust me man. You need loads of energy dring exms which you need from carbs which is practically sourced from a sweet cup of coffee or a chocolate. Bro, please shed some more sweat when you make videos from next time. Try to be more scientific. You sweat lots of time during exams. Carbohydrates donot stay with you for long. They get broken down into molecular level which is essentially used every second by the body by pyruvic cycle and krebb process. For this purpose, you need regular supply of energy which you primarily get in load amts from carb rich foods like chocolates and rice. So, just like you said not to take sugar meant not to take in overly. Edit : trust me man, making videos on medical and psychological advice needs lots of hard work and is not just a few minutes task. So, it needs a good amt of sweat. Pls save others from overthinking by just contributing more hours in making such videos. Your vids are superbly good but u need to work on this minute aspects of ur vids for mking it more effcient. That’s why many people say that test taking is the best way to study. The more comfortable you get with doing exam questions the easier it is to do well on the real exam. All these cool study methods can be useful but in the end the best is always going to be test taking.

Wtf i always eat rice carbs and /or more or less sugar (from chocos) during my exms, you gotta trust me man. You need loads of energy dring exms which you need from carbs which is practically sourced from a sweet cup of coffee or a chocolate. Bro, please shed some more sweat when you make videos from next time. Try to be more scientific. You sweat lots of time during exams. Carbohydrates donot stay with you for long. They get broken down into molecular level which is essentially used every second by the body by pyruvic cycle and krebb process. For this purpose, you need regular supply of energy which you primarily get in load amts from carb rich foods like chocolates and rice. So, just like you said not to take sugar meant not to take in overly.
Edit : trust me man, making videos on medical and psychological advice needs lots of hard work and is not just a few minutes task. So, it needs a good amt of sweat. Pls save others from overthinking by just contributing more hours in making such videos. Your vids are superbly good but u need to work on this minute aspects of ur vids for mking it more effcient. Try harder nd u'll get it right. 😊😊
I get your point and different people respond differently to different foods, like for example I do not so well on high carb diet on exam day. My friend told me he learned the krebb cycle so it seems you know quite a lot about biology. may i ask if you've heard of "gluconeogenesis"?

That’s why many people say that test taking is the best way to study. The more comfortable you get with doing exam questions the easier it is to do well on the real exam. All these cool study methods can be useful but in the end the best is always going to be test taking.
