Over a year after first trying this out, and it’s still one of your best tips, I think. I’ve used it multiple times and I’ve really got no clue how you managed to figure out the particular order of operations here. But I don’t think anyone’s complaining. It looks great
God damnit this is bloody brilliant. I'm impressed and mad that I now can't look at the stone I've already done for my crimson court and I'm gonna have to do it again with this genius method.
Great job, I love the way you are using the contrasts on your current videos. Despite the hype and naysayers they are just another tool in the box and really and like your use them as a wash-tint. I will 100% be giving this a try, thankyou.
Your guides are the best man! So simple yet so effective at getting great visuals in a relatively short amount of time. They really help make what would otherwise be a daunting task to something fun and manageable.
Damn, his boots are smooth af lol How's a demon walking around in bones all day keep his boots from getting scuffed? Lol jk I don't know anything about the lore of these guys but I assume he's some sort of Boss demon? I can see how a demon general would have underlings to polish his boots lol

Fantastic as always bro 👏
Cheers
Nice!! Thanks for the advice.
So beautiful minifigure! If I could make one similar I'd look at it every day!

@@ThePaintingCoach No problem, your tutorials are always well instructed and techniques are awesome
Thank you 🙏🏻
It’s a short short! Great job as always and rounds off the mini really well.
Cheers mate!
Nice, l was having some difficulty paint base from storm strike
Hope it's useful!
any tips for getting started on dry brushing?
Any chance another shade will work like earth shade or is that too warm?
It could - try it! You can always paint over it - it will be warmer and potentially give a dirtier look to the rock
Which faction is the mini from?
Crimson court
Can we have a tutorial on “Vampire Flesh”? 😄
Hi Josh - plenty of Vampire content to come - if you want to see flesh sooner, check out my Crimson Court tutorial 👍🏻
@@ThePaintingCoach I will absolutely do that! Thanks for letting me know!
No problem :)
Where is this model from?
Crimson Court for Warhammer underworlds
Damn, his boots are smooth af lol

He's a Vampire Lord - so am sure he has some thralls wipe them down! I have a full tutorial on how I painted him on the channel too
What mini is that
This is the new Prince Duval model available with the Crimson Court warband for Direchasm 👍🏻
Holy shit
what the miniature ?
Prince Duval from Crimson Court set
@@ThePaintingCoach Thanks. Coach!
this video is ridiculous; I can clearly see how youve done it, yet every time I look at that base I genuinely believe it is made of stone sculpture
