Wow, perfect score! 9 out of 9. I sadly realise I think I've been in survival mode pretty much from the age of 6, when my parents effectively split up. Thanks a lot, I will be on my way to recovery.

See so. My kids at 17,13,11 and 4 and I am burnt all the way. There is no out. I wish someone had told me when the kids were young because now. Noone gives a damn and It's too late to fix. Good luck young mums. Because my light is gone. Snuffed out by everyone else's needs.

I too am going through a lot but encourage you to not give up. Please don’t settle I will be praying for you. Trust me it is never too much someone is always going through more than us. 🙏🏼take care or yourself.

Single father Herr and I'm so burned out. I want to return the child back to her mother. I know the quality of life will go down but I need to think about me. I get no help from her dead beat mother

Can moms really come out and speak on behalf of dads about their experiences? I don't think they should.

He's the one being sexist by bringing this up. She's a MOM and she shared HER experience, she probably wouldn't know what a stay at home dad feels
