I had sudden onset insomnia and it was so bad..went 50 hours without sleep at one point. Unfortunately I have several chronic health issues so I can’t sacrifice sleep. I ended up hospitalized bc my heart was doing so bad, and ofc in the hospital I slept like a baby bc I was out of the environment I associated with insomnia (my house/bed). Now I’m back home and so scared it’ll happen all over again..I’m aware worrying about it will cause a self fulfilling prophecy and it’s best to just try not to even think about it but it’s so hard when a lot of my health rly depends on good sleep. The first night back I fell asleep but had some sleep maintenance issues and the second night it took me hours and extra Xanax to fall asleep and tonight’s the third night and im already worried but I know again that will only sabotage it! And then worrying about worrying will too! It’s so so difficult
