I will explore the truth about Margot Robbie’s age, and how she attained her beautiful youthful look. About Margot Robbie
Margot has had a globally successful career in acting. Her acting career started when she was young and had graduated from Somerset College. Soon after graduation, she took some small roles, until she landed a regular part on the Australian soap opera show “Neighbors”. Soon after leaving the show, she moved to the USA and starred in a Rom-Com called “About time”, giving her enough recognition to get her breakout roles in the Worldwide success, Wolf Of wall street ( which grossed 392 million dollars worldwide), where she played the wife of the ruthless Stock trader, Jordan Belfort, played by Leonardo DiCaprio. Her next largest role was in the Super-villain movie “ S Squad” (which took the box office by storm with 746.8 million dollars in revenue), playing Harley Quinn, a character that is now a fan favorite. She has starred in many works, but those are the most commonly known. Over her acting career, she has won many awards, and has been one of the highest paid actresses in recent times with a reported annual income of around $23.5 million.
Her acting success led to her starting a business alongside her husband Tom Ackerley. Together they started a Film Production Company called “LuckyChap Entertainment”. Beyond film producing, she has also been the brand ambassador for many marketing campaigns, most notable are Fashion brand Calvin Klein, luxury fashion brand Chanel, and Chanel Fragrance lines. She also did some work for some Nissan car commercials. For now she is rumored to soon be starring in a live action Barbie movie, and an upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean reboot.

The problem I have with Hollywood plastic surgery is that everyone starts to look like they have the same face after a while. Everyone has the sucked out cheeks and the high brows and the big lips. It’s weird.
Same. And they all get boob implants. Some look through this really odd and would look way better flat chested in my opinion
And the thin nose, expanded eyelids, shaved jaw and the sudden huge cheekbones too that made them like they got punched 🤪
yeah they always go from looking like a person with unique characteristics to fitting a template, looking like a doll or very replacable
basically they begin to look like clones LOL. In Hollywood, it's a requirement to achieve a certain aesthetic and stay looking young as long as possible so that's why they actresses will always feel pressured to alter their faces.
They now call that Instagram face ... and if you look it up you might find the original article about it where they analyze it step-by-step and it totally makes sense ... I'm not saying it make sense to have a bunch of cosmetic surgery done ; I'm saying the way they described it and break it down step by step really answers what you are seeiing and why they all look alike .

omg so true when i watch uk movies or series it feels so real and relatable.. cops actually look like cops, doctors like doctors, etc. meanwhile american series look so staged. they aim for perfection instead of realism which is a shame, really

I saw her in Australia. When I was studying there, she and her costars filmed a few scenes for Neighbours at my school Deakin University. I got to stand across the set like 15 feet away watching them film and rehearse lines. She looked VERY different back then, and not just because of age. This was back in 2010, so she would have been about 20-21 at the time. It was cool, but I can see she definitely had a few procedures since making it big in America.

@@sheila6186 no, it was definitely Neighbours. This was in 2010 and I recognized her co-star first because he was having some big storyline at the time. Never watched Home & Away because it came on after 7pm and I always had better things to do at that timeslot. But Neighbours aired in the early afternoon and I could usually catch a few minutes if I didn't have school or work some days.

The fat removal aged her by ten years. I couldn’t believe when I heard she was born in 1990. She’s a beautiful woman regardless of her age but that move was a mistake imo. Hold on to that facial fat for as long as you can!

Josh Segal lol you’re wild. Most girls look way younger than Margot at 30 unless they start playing around with surgery too early, smoke, or lay in the sun all day. Melanin also plays a role in this.

I'm 30 and Australian, and almost all the changes in Margot's face have happened to mine natural. My cheeks over the last five years have slimmed down in the buccal area, my nose bridge is thinner and tip more pronounced.
I agree the changes in her are nothing that can't happen with age. And with the nose it seemed like she was wearing way more contour in the second photo
I totally agree I am 30 too and I don't see anything wrong with margo I also look more drawn in no because I ageing naturally even my nose is sharper. I think margo probably uses retinol that helps with premature ageing just like I did when I started seeing ageing. Margo is totally natural just my opinion

@@victorialamas551 100%. Growing up I had a flatter, wider nose- but as I've aged my bridge have become more prominent, so it's actually narrowed out my whole nose. So, I guess it will really depend on how your nose develops as you age. For some, the bridge will grow, so they'll end up with a thinner look, and for others they might grow wider.
Great point about buccal fat removal causing an early appearance of maturation...that's something no one talks about.
why would anyone want that done... I'm sure surgeons probably warn a patient that it could age you?

something I heard from a plastic surgeon is that you should worry about looking gaunt as you age post buccal fat removal if your own parents lost most of their facial fat as they aged. If they kept their full faces (without weight gain) throughout the years there shouldn’t be too much of a change in your own face as long as your naturally full cheeks are very similar to one of your parents.
Dead Eyes If your in your mid or late 20s you should get it, but if you’re still young don’t get it cause you could loose that fat before getting it done
she is absolutely stunning. i think her plastic surgery journey was minimal & didn’t take away from her overall beauty

I always suspected she was lying about her age bc she has always looked like a beautiful woman in her 30s and not 20s, it’s just hollywood’s toxic and ageist culture which puts so much emphasis on women’s worth being in their youth and devaluing them as they age. It’s also harder to get roles for older actresses bc of the ageism.

Why would she lie about her age? White women tend to age faster because of the lack of melanin in their skin, I know someone who’s younger than me looks older than me and she’s a white woman. It’s literally why a lot of women in Hollywood get Botox to help slow down aging. When people see someone like Margot Robbie and Nina dobrev they don’t understand why they look so aged and that’s literally because they don’t get work done.

I had fuller cheeks like Margot from 18-22 but in the last couple years I've noticed my cheeks have slimmed down in the buccal area, now I'm almost 25 and have much more sculpted/sucked in cheeks (naturally)

I honestly think she is the most beautiful woman in Hollywood but looking at her photos from when she moved from Australia to the states, her cute baby face seemed to automatically disappear. When I first saw her in the Wolf of Wall Street I thought she was in her 30s but she was only 22. Then I looked at pictures when she was 19 versus 22 and I was thinking yep someone told her in order to get roles she had to change her face some what.

She definitely does not look like in her 30s in Wolf of Wallstreet, she looked late 20s max. The make up was quite heavy and the overall styling was kinda stale matching the time in which the movie was set (late 1980s).
Watch her in Pan Am TV Series (one of her works in America before Wolf of Wallstreet). She was looking noticeably chubby next to Christina Ricci and the other women in the cast. Maybe that's why she got it done to look more "done up" for camera.
I wonder if these stars ever regret all the work they have to have done just to get acknowledgement in this backwards industry?

Here in Brazil some doctors insist to say that this aging thing is a myth. We are like "hey, we are seeing people aging 15 years in 5 because of this procedure, why the hell are you insisting on it?".
@Selenerium honestly, in my opinion that is one of the surgerys, where there is more cons then pros. You are going to look amazing now when you get it, but for the rest of your life your will probably look older. Also I don't think it is that great to have such wounds in your mouth, because I even still struggle with my scars from the wisdom theeth removel, they often are inflammed or sometimes even bleed. If you are like me I wouldn't do this, just massage your face, if it bothers you that much :)

Well, Lorry does say that people in the industry have the mindset of "a natural beauty is a perfect canvas for a plastic surgeon"... Natural or not, you have to be somewhat pretty before (unless you are fine which changing your whole face, which is okay as well)

She didn't even have that much facial fat to begin with and she was very young in that photo. Everyone knows as women age you lose facial fat. So i'm not really sure why she did that or why her surgeon told her it was a good idea.. She's still beautiful though ofc

I agree, i went to a dr when i was 18 bc i had pretty chubby cheeks despite being very skinny and he adviced me to never had a bicchat removal surgery since it ages you tremendously after your late 20's and instead he did another treatment that worked amazing and i still have my bicchat bags
Margot started off acting on neighbours when she was pretty young. I live in the area where neighbours was filmed and I know several of the people who act on that show and who worked with her. She isn't lying about her age.

Lorry, I used to be against plastic surgery or any kind of intervention to stop ageing... many years fast forward I am very much pro any kind of intervention that preserves youth and is well done. I do feel for the ones who get butchered and overdo with surgery or infills. Thank you for educating us and giving us an idea of what's good and what we need to avoid. Also shedding some light into the celebrities' life who go on saying they're all natural when they're not... taking care of yourself is not a bad thing... on the contrary shows that you love and respect yourself. Margot has a great film face, and also just in general, I like to see a person's expression clearly in shows/movies, whilst still seeing the natural wrinkles that come with age. Conservative work to preserve ones age/look is great, and even no work at all is again great! I love Cameron Diaz so much and think she looks incredible. Sabrina considering Diaz hasnt worked in years and wrote a book about natural aging I doubt she will work again. She was so hot playing easy fun girl parts. When they gave her a part of girl w cancer she wasn't up to speed for the acting. I think she looks great not doing injections. She was promoting her wine the other day. Adorable.

Can you also perhaps highlight the differences in the ideal features that the western and eastern people request for when doing cosmetic procedures and how these enhanced features make a difference in the overall look? I think alot of asian celebrities deny having plastic surgery so it makes me feel sad that many young girls look up to them and feel like they are not good looking. @@dazem8 not always. Some models like Candice swanepoel have those unique faces. Amazing high cheekbones and youthfulness but that's bc she's natural. When you do it surgically it's never the same.

CurlyLocks Candice Swanepoel has gotten surgery. She ended up on the instagram page of before and after plastic surgery and has blocked that page and untagged herself from those pictures
CurlyLocks Candace did not have those high cheekbones earlier in her career. Nor the browlift. She is still lovely now, however and has not gone too far.

80% of people looked better before surgery than after. I don't understand why people don't see it. It's really weirding me out. The plump cheeks is what made her seem approachable, I loved that baby face. She already had strict jaw lines - accentuating them further made her seem more "distant" and less of a human. This is a quality I observed in plenty of other people.

I've requested this very thing. The change from her role in Lola to her role as Nikki in Amores Verdaderos is such a huge leap in such a short amount of time. I feel like Eiza is the perfect example of how plastic surgery can improve ones looks, rather than ruin them. She's the Megan Fox of Mexico, except unlike Megan, she has gotten better looking with cosmetic work.

Hi Lorry. Thank you for this video. Very well done. I am Australian and have seen her since her Home and Away days and looked at many before and after photos and noticed a difference. After watching your videos I definitely thought it was buccal fat removal and slight lip injections. I also maybe thought she had a very small chin implant? But I'm no expert. It really is fascinating to see how she has gone like you said, from a girl next door to a blonde bombshell :) Keep up the good work!
I'm not an expert, live in Australia and in my 40's, but I totally think some might simply be by a natural aging. My cheeckes and nose did the same "trick" simply by getting older. I think I'm much more refine, sharp and beautiful due to it these days, but my point is, I'm not so sold on the surgeries she's done. Not to say she didn't as I have no idea really, just sharing that age can also play a role here!

I have always had very high sculpted cheekbones, which I love. However.... as I am aging, if I don’t want to look gaunt- I need filler. I would tell anyone in their 20’s or 30’s- do Not get buccal fat removal.

Thanks for doing this review! For me, I understand that people generally like to look at glamorous, attractive people on the big screen, but I feel like so many actors and models are starting to look alike with their subtle cosmetic procedures and plastic surgery. I also do not think people should assume that just because fuller lips look good on one person, that THEY, too, will look good with fuller lips. Proportions, character, and balance are key. In a way, I think it's alarming at how most cosmetic procedures are gradual and so subtle that it's easy to trick people and it distorts people's own body views. Are there people who age well overall? Absolutely! But celebrities are not born with exclusive genes that non-famous people do not have. I think it's good you bring this to light.
In her after picture it looks like her head was tilted slightly back making her nose look a little smaller because of the angle. You can also tell she's tilting her head back because you can see less of the top of her head and her jaw looks shorter. You can reproduce the same effect in a mirror. The more forward you tilt your head the longer your nose looks and the more of the top of your head you can see
