The Narcissist moves on so easily because for them it is simply switching out all the old masks for a new closet full of masks and off they go on the prowl for new prey...

I have a question about such, is it common for narcissists to have any type of mask type decoration or actual masks hanging on their walls where they live or sleep? What about family photos and photos of themselves or lack there of?

There was a time where I couldn't imagine not having the narcissist in my life. That was when I was trauma bonded and in the narcissistic fog. Now, almost one year since I last saw him, 8 months since I last spoke him, I am thriving and doing so much better. This year I am 'leveling up". Doing more at my job, volunteering at a local museum, taking trips to see my family, living a life where I am not crying every day, being stolen from, manipulated. To the newbies.....there IS life after the narcissist. A better life. Things do get better.

You are so right. It takes time and a lot of effort . Don't question the confusion . Just try and put it in a box and throw it far away. The more time you give yourself. The more you understand the faults, flaws and the red flags that you chose to ignore and make excuses for. In the end..you. or we are the winners in all this . Indulge yourself in happiness and make everyday a new beginning .

There was constant chaos and triangulation in my home growing up and never stopped when I moved out. She did not shed one tear for my dad when he passed away, and if she did...Andrew is correct. Notes from a post discard ( well over 10 years ago): That "Void" equaled vulnerability that I couldn't see other than in hindsight. I tried to fill that void with flaky people, being intensely workaholic and mini-vacations with booze. Dating was a waste of time, I wasn't there as a "real" person. The best thing that led me on a healing path was stopping booze and returning to full on exercise and a sport I always loved.

My father is a narcissist and abused me throughout my childhood. My mom loved him and could never divorce him. She died from cancer on December 16 2023 before her 70th birthday. She would have never found true peace if she stayed with him. The cause of her cancer was environmental and I've always known it was because of him. He nearly killed me and the only reason I'm still alive is because I got out of the house. To have to live with no justice, to have to live holding onto his secrets because no one in my family ever believed me - it sometimes feels like I've already been in Hell on Earth. They were together since she was 19 years old. Rest in Peace mom.

I just broke up with a narcissist. I was very knowledgeable about them, however, this one knew that and was aware of the 'key words' such as 'projection', 'gaslighting' and was a master manipulator who even cried over his alleged last ex being a narcissist. I've studied them for 6 years and it took me 4 months to figure it out. Refusal to respect even the most reasonable boundaries. Deflecting, gaslighting, and then the attempt at a future fake. It happens. I think more narcissists are learning that people are getting the education, so they try to use it to their advantage. Thanks for all that you do. It does bother them when people have this information.

When you really think about it, The narcissist needs to move on quickly because they can’t handle being alone, it’s dangerous to themselves to be alone. Their ego is extremely fragile. Healing, moving on with our lives with peace and God. Become the person you want to spend the rest of your life with and I promise you the right person will come into your life. That positive energy will bring the right people in your life. The narcissist needs to win and that is why it hurts their ego to the core when we move on with grace and happiness and honestly all this can be done without posting about it.

That is truth. This is crystal clear when you are healed. The narcissist does not value people for who they are. To them, people & things are meant to be used then thrown away. No shame. No remorse. Empty shells. No love. No introspection. They are users & liars. Great insight when you said one reason they move on quickly is because they don't have to heal. Great video Andrew 🙂. Truth. These narcissistic people are sometimes sad, when they move on, only becasue they are not getting THEIR needs met any longer.
My narcissistic girlfriend, did cry a lot & looked devasted, when I ended the relationship & told her that it wasn’t going anywhere. Although I did have compassion for her, because I am a human being, I could absolutely recognise her insecurity of not knowing herself. Her performance was pitiful, which I found both upsetting, and, confirming, that I made the right decision for both her & myself. I wrote a poem today. Expressing my situation. The poem goes to my illustrious landlord: I know you are a lost soul, parading around with your faux peacock feather...turning out a baby in the coldest weather; singing your songs about world peace, all the while playing the prince(Lord of the Manor), will you ever cease? Take those checks and drop them in the bank...its ALL you have, so remove that plank(out of your eye)...I'll keep my splinter! I have the good part anyway...you only have a dream...you'll ALWAYS live in winter...

He moved on way before it was “over”. He only wanted to stay married so he could have the outward appearance of being a respectable married family man. Behind closed doors he was staying out late, sometimes not coming home and messing around with his new supply. 😕 Now she’s being beat down like I was. If she makes it out intact maybe she’ll think twice before starting a romance with a married man with two young kids. And yes he’s tried to Hoover me multiple times and heck NO. I hope he chokes on the word NO because that’s all he’s going to hear from me.

Your head is spinning and you can't understand who they can move on with someone after building a life and family but once you get the wisdom on narcissism, you can see how they do it - they are empty and have as much emotion as a log of wood. As for these other woman/supply who get involved with married men, they were either manipulated and told lies or simply just have no moral compass in life.

A normal human being doesnt USE others, doesnt set traps, doesnt create false realities and LIES around the clock while going to church and taking communion on Sundays. These people are mentally ill. There are Families out there , literally planning to take a person down while smiling at them. Narcs are no more than Enablers and Addicts. Step away, go no contact, block in every way you can. What I find disturbing about these behaviors is lack of empathy and or compassion. Although life is not pretty at times, a lack of concern for someone who has shown others love, light and understanding is not a weakness. Love is an enduring strength. What also scares me about these kind of toxic behaviors are how they could care less if you cry externally or internally. I try to not let a narcissist or toxic person see me cry…Paying it forward in my humble opinion, is trying to practice good humanity regardless to or if it is reciprocated. I hope this helps someone today.🤔❤🇺🇸

Couple of things i need to add to my other comment and recent experience....
My ex went back home to her family in the end. Which was 100% because i exposed her lies in my town, but also because the mother enables her and believes her lies.
Also because her brother and his family are such horrible people that she feels good around them.
    She's 46, and back home. 🤦🏻‍♂️
And as far as "revealing ourselves in the end"... i reveal who i am from day one. There's no surprises with me because I'm always honest and wear my heart on my sleeve.

@@Light_1966I believe the therapist is correct, if you’re asking yourself that question, then the answer is probably “no”, and that’s because narcissists do not introspect and would not ask themselves that question nor would they care if the answer was even SLIGHTLY “yes”. They just do what they want when they want why they want where they want and with WHOM they want. Such labels would mean nothing to them. So take the reasons that made you ask yourself that and do your best to improve 😉👍 a narc CERTAINLY would NOT do THAT!

It was the worst time of my life, I am pretty young and I saw everything that I planned for my future fade away during the relationship. The bravest thing I ever did was picking myself up and getting out of the relationship without even realizing that he was a narcissist. I’m extremely proud of myself for that. As soon as I left, I started seeing my future plans flash through my mind again. The lightbulb moment really changed my perspective and I’m still healing. I wish I’d found this channel sooner. Honestly, been listening for around a year. You've helped so much. What a guidance you have been. I can't thank you enough, for knowing I was not going insane.... For just knowing that they make you feel that way. Stepped back, almost a year, blocked from the beginning and not looked back. Concentrating on our lives. I haven't felt happier or this free in years. Thank you. Love and Light 🕯️

You’re so on point Andrew. After discard she went right back to her toxic family. Then I realized they created her 😂 I’m so glad I can laugh now. It’s actually all VERY laughable, because it’s all so delusional. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😅

yup, as long as they have family alive that support them they are power tripping cause they have a parachute with a home and food and finances. Their tune changes once all the family has passed away and there no one that will take them in.

Great One Again!!! Job well done!!
You're so right why couldn't this be taught in school, instead of teaching stuff in school that you already know, & stuff you will never really need ,throughout life...

This is something that still truly hurts me even after 3 years later. But I have not “moved on” I have been single for the 3 years following. There was personally no way I could have started something new. But I think I might be ready to explore the idea of dating again.

Andrew you are right on everything you say is right on. The 3 A’s of narcissism ABUSE, ADDICTION & ADULTRY . Married one & for 37 yrs of abuse. She drained me dry-thank God for 3 beautiful children who I love dearly. Intercepted texts messages from her ‘Back Door Man’ salacious in manner. Been over 5 years & still not over it. Been watching you ever since you started your utube gig & again you have been right on 90 percent of time. Now I want revenge. Keep up the good fight! Thank you Jerry Kilduff Boston Ma.

Is ur divorce final, did u get stuck with alimony and child support and loss of the home? Try to forget about revenge cause your still in the red pill rage phase. Try to relax and calm down. Divorce is brutal for Husbands especially in a no fault state where adultery doesnt help u with the calculations and percentages of the divorce. They basically are getting rewarded for cheating. Thats why more and more guys are waking up and opting out to this wealth transfer scam. Plus its not cool they get the house and all their lovers get to come over now and use your house. Stay strong broh. Also checkout the various Divorce channels and Guy channels out there to help get ur mind off of this hustle. Godspeed.

The move on because they already devalued you.
They can devalue people. This explains it all. This can help you heal. (At least helped me move on. )

Thank you so much Andrew. Always a blessing. Would love to speak to that void for those just from discard phase. That’s a difficult place to be when you’ve been constantly in service to the narc and their kingdom…so anything you can do to light up your days and bring yourself to try new things or interests you had to put on hold for the narc time. It’s all your time now and it is NOT selfish. Sending love ✨❤️🙏
