I have literally been following Wim Hof's breathing exercise on TH-cam every day and there's no turning back now. If I do a 20-30 minute vinyasa practice after then I feel way better. It's almost feels like I HAVE to do this in order to feel better getting into my late 30's now. I also quit drinking once and for all too. You combine that with cold showers, going to the gym and eating healthier and you will have a better life, that much I know... This IS THE WAY!

Nope, absolutely no turning back, to wonderful a feeling. Sure the alkaline acid balance is a big reason. People mostly are like 30%-70% & I guess it should be around 50/50 to keep the alkaline level above 7.2, all the time if possible. Actually there's never been a cancer case where, the person had a ph over 7,4. It's of course "just" something I heard, I'm not a doc/scientist myself, but seems pretty logical to me.. I've actually been doing a bit of Yoga & another BE than Win teaches for a couple of years & am sure my all over health is better cos of it. Why all people don't do it, is because of lack self discipline & have no time for it, is the excuses I mostly hear, when I'm trying to get friends to try it, because if are you over 50, you almost for sure have health issues, you are not happy with. That is my experience anyways & 95% find it hard to focus on anything, for more than a few minutes really, only one thing they focus on for hours is their iphones :D :P Smiling out loud, but it's actually tragic. A REAL hard job to get peoples attention, even it's clearly super important for them personally, not for me, as they think many times - LOL I experience it almost every day!! Great interviews as always.. Thanks a bunch bro(s) Love & Light

I had been suffering from a low back injury for about two weeks and I was uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep then I came across your video. In the past year I discovered wm hoff and did practice his breathing sessions. I thought I’d give it a try and sure enough it helped the pain n discomfort go away n allowed me to sleep during the acute pain. And in fact have had a decent morning and continuing to do the exercise.

WOW! This has to be one of your best videos! I started being interested in breathing correctly & yoga over 40 years ago! I heard it slows down the ageing process and helps you be more psychic! Most people are not in touch with their own intuition, is why alot of people are clueless now a days, and can't think outside the box!

Wim Hof is an awesome human being. I'm glad I discovered him in March of 2020, when the pandemic was gaining momentum and things felt very depressing. Have been doing the breathing and cold showers ever since. I'm not going to say it radically changed my life (I wasn't in a horrible place to begin with, though I was and somewhat still am struggling with the usual anxiety and other stuff like that), but the experience with his method has pointed me in the right direction. Work on yourself, put in the time, put in the effort, put in the love, embrace the struggle. It's a long game, not a path of quick rewards like drug use and whatever, but it is very much worth it and gratifying in the end.

I've been doing the Beginner's breathing exercise then a 2min cold shower every day for the past 2 weeks. I have high blood pressure (Im 61), the meds I was taking for bp caused a lethargic feeling and mental disconnection.Ive changed my diet, far less chocolate and coke and salt, more salads, fruits etc. I believe in this method. Though I'm a beginner I believe in it.
