I've been watching Gridlessness for a few years. Had to check out your channel. Really cool stuff. A lot of hard work but it seems like you really enjoy it. You and Julia both did some nice work. Those knives and sheaths look really good. Keep up the good work.
I've been a subscriber to Gridlessness for quite awhile now. Their channel is actually my absolute favorite large family/off grid/do it yourself/hunting/fishing/farming/homesteading/off road mud bogging/gold mining/pond hockey/channel on TH-cam. I've subscribed to your channel today because any friend of The Birkenshaw family is a friend of mine. I hope you have all the success you desire, and then some. Take care. sincerely, Dean O. :-I
Let me know if you need some hardwoods and exotic woods and black phenolic for your knives handles.. I have a lot of pieces left over from building bows.
I think you'd do well to go into business with that gal from Gridless, She seems to complement your work and I think your work complements her's as well.
Your work is beautiful. You are truly a craftsman at a young age. I would like to offer $200 for a knife similar to what you made for Julia. Let me know.
Awesome! And what a lot of work, I had no idea. Having the knife and the video showing its making is priceless. Thanks again

Fantastic!
Large old electrical boxes have 3, 2" wide brass bars in them, it is a good source for brass for guards and bolsters. You do excellent work.
Thanks, that's good to know!

Very nice job how did you get into knife making I want to give it a go myself
Do you use loctite when you thread on the pommel??
Those knives look great
Thanks! No I didn't use Loctite, but this isn't a takedown knife so all the parts are epoxied in place, including the threads on the pommel.
Do you sell your knives?
I would totally buy one. Excellent work.
I haven't sold any yet, but when I do I'll make sure you guys know
Griddless sent me also. Also wondering if you sell your knives? ( New sub by the way)

Imagine what you could do with a better beltgrinder.
Hopefully at some point in the near future we won't have to imagine... That's near the top of my tools to get list. Thanks!
