Great Job I cross referenced the filters transmission oil filter = Napa 7098 Hst Filter= Wix 51621 and they have compatible filters. One thing the dealer did for me: a Paint Pen mark across the bolt head onto the frame so if the bolt becomes loose the paint line isn’t straight easy visual check. Also use the paint pen to mark the date and hours on the filters.
One of the best maintenance videos I seen in awhile. Great advice on wheel lug nuts and loader bolts and pin retaining bracket bolts. New to channel. I think I’ll stick around 👍
Good job on the maint. video! There is a difference in size of the arbor to the hydraulic and hydrostat filters. It’s very slight. Don’t ask why I know this 😂. You do a great job showing the area around the fuel filter and oil input. It is awful tight! Don’t forget to check the axle oil level. Best wishes! Keep digging on the videos! You do a good job!
Thanks! I'll never forget when I did the 50 Hr, it took me about 30 minutes to find the oil fill. I want others to be able to know the best way to navigate and fill their oil! Appreciate the kind words!
Great detailed explanation, thank you. I’m new to this , just got a used 2022 CK3510se 100 hrs on it, the guy didn’t do the 50 hr, so have parked in the garage to do all what you just did except the fuel filter. What year is your tractor? If it’s within range of mine I can follow your lead and hopefully use you as a bouncing board considering your experience. I want to copy your front/rear light setup, can’t see what you did, did make the added bracket and are they on separate switches or did you used the existing wire from warning lights and it switch?.. Thanks
Hey! On my channel, I also have a 50 hour service video: th-cam.com/video/ZXh6W9zgxdU/w-d-xo.html And a video on how I did the lights: th-cam.com/video/Rry2JTOhavU/w-d-xo.html Have you seen them before? Send me more questions if you have them! It is a 2020, but should be pretty much the same.
Couple more things, seller forgot to give Manual, working on getting it from him, what’s the torque specs for wheel and loader bolts, how long (2’?)are your angle iron safety bars for the loader..thanks
I did that service @200hr last November, I now have 304 hr and wondering if oil should be changed, and have you heard of anyone use 10w40 instead of 15w40 engine oil?
Do the hydrostatic transmission and hydraulic system share the same oil reservoir even though there are separate filters? What fluid did you use? Thank you
Yes, it is my understanding that they share the same hydraulic reservoir and have different filters. There's only one hydrualic fill location. I just use the standard hydraulic fluid that Kioti and Bobcat offer at the dealer.
