I have a JD 1026R. I am impressed with how easy it is to do a 50 hr. oil and filter replacement. The JD was a bear to change filters. They even suggest taking a rear tire off to get to the transmission filter. This is one of many reasons to get a KIOTI
This was a great video! My Bobcat ct2035 is at 54 hrs, and I'm doing the service today. I have a few mods I did that you may like. On the hazard (smv) flag mount on the ROPS, I drilled and mounted a .50 cal ammo can rattle-canned black for a water tight toolbox. Works great. I then used the mounts on top of the fuel tank for the hazard flag. Love your channel. 👍🏻
I have thought about it, haven't found really a need for the tool box I already have. I do plan on moving the turn signals down to the fenders and mounting work lights here this fall.
I substituted wix for daedong, oil and air filters. I also used a wix inner air filter, my ck3510 gear came with single filter, the wix inner drops in with no mods.
My bobcat CT2025 manual says the 50hr service is just transmission Hydro/HST filters and fluid, front dif oil and adj brake pedal freeway. Fuel filter is listed at 200hrs, Engine oil isn't till 400hrs.
Great video, thanks! I own a Bobcat CT2035 and these filters all work on mine as well in case anyone was wondering. The only thing I can't figure out is the oil for the HST and hydraulic the same fluid? If it's different where is the fill for the HST fluid? Thanks again!
@@OutdoorsEngineer Thanks for the reply, did you get the manual with the tractor or did you have to purchase it. I never got one with mine and now they want me to buy it for $115. Seems ridiculous! Thanks again, I've subbed and I'm looking forward to seeing what you're going to do for attachments.
Great video, I an about to do my 50 service on my BobCat CT2025 , but I noticed you only changed the two filters hydraulic & hydrostatic . Are you not suppose to change the fluid too? and also the front axle fluid, I noticed you didn't change the oil in that either. In my manual it says to change the oil too. Just curious is all. Again thank you!
For the hydraulic fluid, it only states to change the filters. The fluid change is later on in the service. I did get more fluid because a bunch falls out when changing. For the front axle, I did not do. I thought I had to do it and remember checking the manual and not seeing it so I didn't. If yours says to and they are pretty much the same tractor, I should do mine! I'll have to double check the manual.
@@OutdoorsEngineer Oh ok, ya see on my Bobcat CT 2025 it calls for ALL the fluids to be changed except the engine oil which is to be changed @ 400 hrs. Like your videos by the way!
Just double checked the manual and it states to change the transmission fluid, engine oil, and front axle fluid at 400 hrs. Or engine oil every year. Coolant every 2 years. Fuel filter at 200 hrs(although I did mine at 50) . Its interesting how Daedong and Bobcat produced slightly different recommendations.
Hey man; I bought the service manual and it does state that the hydraulic fluid is supposed to be changed in the first 50 hours; I just thought you would like to know; thank you for all the tips man; big help for sure!
@@OutdoorsEngineer I got mine in 2020 as well, some time in June I think. My loader doesn’t have bolt retainers for the loader pins. The loader has edges so the pins can’t rotate, and locks on the back side.
It's easily the best CK maintenance video on YT. Thanks!!
As a new kioti owner, I say, thank you for your service (video) :D
Thanks for watching! I think I really enjoy providing guidance on this platform!
Bought the same model a month ago. Now 22 hrs on it. You by far have demonstrated the most thorough 50 hour service. Nicely done!!
Awesome. Thanks!
Thank you for this! I’m jealous of your cooler weather up there!
Glad it could help!
Thank you for the 50 hour service video! Made it an easy job(with the exception of trying to get my oil filter off..lol)..Will keep watching!
Great vedio. It helped me a lot. Keep up the great work.
Thanks, will do!

Hey great video! The bleed bolt/pump on the fuel filter was new to me, thanks for the info!
great trick punching holes in oil filter.....

Thanks for the video. Had a real rough time getting the HST filter off. 50 hour service is done🇨🇦👍
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching!
Great video! From Mosinee.
I've been there a bunch!
Thanks for making this video! I'm at 40 hours on mine, this is very helpful.
Awesome. Glad I could help!
What a great video. Thank you for showing everything, it clarified a couple questions I had. I’ll be sharing with the group!
Great! What group?

I have the same tractor... What is the torque setting for those bolts connecting the loader to the tractor?
Excellent. Helped a lot!
Great video! I am looking at getting the exact same tractor. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
Great clear video, thanks.

What did you torque your loader bolts and hub bolts too?
Good video

@@jasonbaldridge4281 what did that manual cost you if you don’t mind giving that out. I asked the dealer and he said around $300 but wasn’t sure.
Perfect. Thank you!
You're welcome! Thanks!
And the hydraulic fill hole is where?
Right on the back side of the transaxle. Towards the passenger side. Reach it from the 3 point area.
Have to ask, what year is your tractor, bought a CK4010 HST 2020. My fuel filter and loader pin setup is quite different?
It was delivered to the dealer in May of 2020. So technically a 2020??? I don't think they really assign model years.

What are the part #'s of the filters? I can't find it mentioned anywhere in the owners manual.
I have them listed in the description. And I do see them listed in the owners manual too.
@@OutdoorsEngineer Thxs actually thought I was posting to a different video. Should have watched yours. You have all the info.
@@OutdoorsEngineer Can you give me page number of where filter numbers are in owners manual. I looked at that thing over and over. Thxs.

@@OutdoorsEngineer thanks. I was concentrating on section 7
What are y’all doin with a punch?
He used the punch to make a hole in the oil filter so it could drain before removing.
