    Bought the same model a month ago. Now 22 hrs on it. You by far have demonstrated the most thorough 50 hour service. Nicely done!!

    I have a JD 1026R. I am impressed with how easy it is to do a 50 hr. oil and filter replacement. The JD was a bear to change filters. They even suggest taking a rear tire off to get to the transmission filter. This is one of many reasons to get a KIOTI

    This was a great video! My Bobcat ct2035 is at 54 hrs, and I'm doing the service today. I have a few mods I did that you may like. On the hazard (smv) flag mount on the ROPS, I drilled and mounted a .50 cal ammo can rattle-canned black for a water tight toolbox. Works great. I then used the mounts on top of the fuel tank for the hazard flag. Love your channel. 👍🏻

      I have thought about it, haven't found really a need for the tool box I already have. I do plan on moving the turn signals down to the fenders and mounting work lights here this fall.

    I substituted wix for daedong, oil and air filters. I also used a wix inner air filter, my ck3510 gear came with single filter, the wix inner drops in with no mods.

    My bobcat CT2025 manual says the 50hr service is just transmission Hydro/HST filters and fluid, front dif oil and adj brake pedal freeway. Fuel filter is listed at 200hrs, Engine oil isn't till 400hrs.

    Great video, I an about to do my 50 service on my BobCat CT2025 , but I noticed you only changed the two filters hydraulic & hydrostatic . Are you not suppose to change the fluid too? and also the front axle fluid, I noticed you didn't change the oil in that either. In my manual it says to change the oil too. Just curious is all. Again thank you!

    • @OutdoorsEngineer
      @OutdoorsEngineer  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For the hydraulic fluid, it only states to change the filters. The fluid change is later on in the service. I did get more fluid because a bunch falls out when changing.
      For the front axle, I did not do. I thought I had to do it and remember checking the manual and not seeing it so I didn't. If yours says to and they are pretty much the same tractor, I should do mine! I'll have to double check the manual.

    • @tomwolves6953
      @tomwolves6953 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OutdoorsEngineer Oh ok, ya see on my Bobcat CT 2025 it calls for ALL the fluids to be changed except the engine oil which is to be changed @ 400 hrs. Like your videos by the way!

    • @OutdoorsEngineer
      @OutdoorsEngineer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just double checked the manual and it states to change the transmission fluid, engine oil, and front axle fluid at 400 hrs. Or engine oil every year. Coolant every 2 years. Fuel filter at 200 hrs(although I did mine at 50) . Its interesting how Daedong and Bobcat produced slightly different recommendations.

    Have to ask, what year is your tractor, bought a CK4010 HST 2020. My fuel filter and loader pin setup is quite different?

    • @OutdoorsEngineer
      @OutdoorsEngineer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It was delivered to the dealer in May of 2020. So technically a 2020??? I don't think they really assign model years.

    • @davehudson4607
      @davehudson4607 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OutdoorsEngineer I got mine in 2020 as well, some time in June I think. My loader doesn’t have bolt retainers for the loader pins. The loader has edges so the pins can’t rotate, and locks on the back side.
