I just missed the webinar. I would love to watch it Jim. Do you have a link where we can watch it? I just purchased the reference image pack - Awesome. Thanks
I will be adding it to my website soon (working on that now) and will share via my newsletter when it's ready. If you are subbed to my newsletter you will be able to see it. Thanks Ace!
Perfect timing, I am going to Missouri Thursday to see my daughter and grandson, and hoping to get some fall pictures. Although I may be a week too early this year. The only bad aspect I will be on the road during your travel webinar. Hopefully I’ll catch on a replay. Thank you for all the videos you produce.
Hi Jim. I registered for your workshop but it was during the same time frame as my Bible study group. Will it be available to watch later today? Loved the Oregon photos you used and how you changed them. Going to give that a try as I have a bunch since I’m in Oregon.
HI there and yes I recorded the webinar and will add it to my site by early next week. I will make it available for all of my newsletter subscribers. Glad you like the Oregon images, and yes what a beautiful state! It's my favorite state and one I love to visit. Thanks!
These presets are just what I've been waiting for! I have tried them and the one thing that I have noticed is that the grass doesn't seem to be turned orange! Mind you, I've only edited one image so I hope it will be the same for others. Thank you!
Hi Jim, a quick question about your webinar: I would have liked to register for it, but I'm travelling back from work at the time of the event. Is it possible to watch the webinar later?
I will record it and share it with my newsletter subs. It will probably be the following week before it's uploaded and ready, but yes you can watch it later. Thanks.
Hi Jim, Two gifts in one day makes me happy. First the free Autumn Presets and then the Color Transfer Reference Image Pack for only $7. Thank you so much! I have already tried out the Autumn Presets and find them to be a very good basis for further processing. I would be interested to know when you use the Color Transfer Tool? At the beginning of development or after the basic image processing is done? Best regards from Germany, Andreas
Hi Andreas and thanks so much. I would use Color Transfer after the basic light adjustments are done. So I start with Develop Raw, then Supercontrast, and then probably some details (Structure AI). Then I would use Color Transfer. You may need further light adjustments after Color Transfer though depending on the image. Thanks!
Thanks, Jim. The Autumn Moods have already proven useful here in Iowa, along the Mississippi River, where the leaves are changing to Fall Colors. That is a good deal on the Color Transfer Reference Image Pack and I believe I will purchase that to liven up some of my less than stellar images.
Hi Jim, great tuto. The image pack looks nice. are these separate jpg files ? which resolution ? Does it work also with ON1 new color match filter ? on their youtube channel they seem able to load a jpg from internet.
I am retired now and only have a limited budget for my photography hobby. If you had to pick between Luminar or ON1, which one of the two would you choose? Thanks.
I use Luminar more than anything else and that would be my choice. I believe it would be easier to get masterful with and has a lot of tools for basic, advanced, and creative adjustments. And of course you can find a lot of videos here about it. On1 is a fantastic product as well, but if I had to pick one, it would be Luminar Neo.
I'm having problems trying to download your Color Transfer Reference Image Pack. Please enable cookies in your browser, reload the page, and try again.
The only thing missing is a unicorn, Jim. 🦄 I'm teasing you, of course. I love it when you get extreme for fun. As you point out, fun is important, plus playing with sliders can teach you things you can use in other photos. Check your link for the preset pack; I'm getting an internal 500 error.
LOL I totally missed the opportunity to use GenAI here and add a unicorn, dangit! I checked the link and it seems to be working just fine for me, and others. Perhaps try a different browser or wait a few and try again?
Hi Ahmet, hope you are well! I believe the preset will hold a mask, but the mask does not adapt to each new photo so it would likely need to be updated/replaced/etc. Thanks.
Before I finish watching your vid… every time I watch your vids… I think there’s a dust particle on my iPad screen and I try to wipe it off my screen… then I realise it’s not on my screen, it’s on your wall behind you 😂😂 😂… drives me crazy every time I watch your vids. Can you please remove or cover that mark (dot) on your wall behind you🤣
Hi Jim
Thank you once again for your endless videos and freebies, I am one of your silent followers that look forward to each new release. Cheers JW

I have a bunch of your presets. I have to remember to dial them back to 50% during preview.
haha yes I tend to make them strong bc it's easier to dial back than to increase
WOW that was fun to watch ❤
Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks!

Hi Dan, please send me an email to jim (at) jim nix dot com and I can find your order and make sure everything is taken care of. Thanks.
