This the exact top I've been looking for, my wonderful husband bought me some beautiful yarn earlier this year and I've waited for a top that I would like to make with it.
Sadly my husband has passed away on 15th March after a year long battle with cancer. We havebeen married for 42 fantastic years. He has never bought me yarn before, which makes finding this pattern even more special. I will love makìng and wearing it.
Thank you so much for uploading it.
Avril ❤
That is so touching! I am very sorry for your loss. I hope you enjoy making and wearing your special top!❤❤❤
I wish I could be crocheting right now! I’m on break from digging 25 holes in the yard that are wide. A house extension sounded great until we started 😂. Happy crocheting y’all and have a great weekend. 😊
You may be so sore after all that you won't be able to crochet ! 😊 I know I couldn't. You might use muscles You didn't know you had lol Congrats on the extension.
@@RepentfollowJesus you are absolutely right and thank you. My kids are both adults so I can relax and do nothing after this. We just finished up for todays part. 5 long hours lol. Happy weekend to you.
All the best for the extension. A lot of hard graft ahead
Extension will be all worth it. Hope you get bk to crocheting soon, all the best
Just think: house extension=more room for yarn!😅😅😅
Very nice ty Crystal, looks like a third shirt/sweater of yours will be on my hooks very soon
BEAUTIFUL 🥰THANK YOU FOR SHARING WITH US 💐🙏
Thank you for putting this tutorial up so quickly, Crystal! I fell in love with your design when you wore it in a video a day or two ago. It looks beautiful on you! I'm starting mine right now with a teal Lion Brand CoBoo (Cotton/Rayon blend), which is also a 3 weight like the wool blend you used here. Pray for me that it comes out as well as yours did- I really want to love this wearable :)
I love this top zo much. Ii think this will be my next project for myself. ❤❤🎉
I can't wait to try to make this top. Thank you
I knit a lot and find very few garments have a “v” neckline. As a 5ft 3 person myself, I love a neckline that elongates the neck.. Thanks for offering this lovely tutorial. Gonna crochet a V neck top. Yey! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes! Me too! Ive got quite a bit of real estate and the V breaks up the landscape.
I don’t find many v neck patterns Which is my favorite
V necks are the most flattering on me. I'm so happy you designed this top with a V neck.
Yes. Definitely, same here. I don't have much of a neck and extra weight and v necks are so much more flattering.
I agree 💯! V neck crochet tops are hard to find and I'm sooo glad that you designed one, Crystal! I dropped my other projects to start this top. 😅
Love how you always encourage and emphasise people to and can customise their garments.
Love it!!!! Thank you 🙂
Wow! This is such a flattering design; it’s simple yet elegant. Everything about this top is just so right! The fit, the stitching, the colour… it just works so well!
This is really pretty. I want to make this for my sister for Christmas.
Hi Crystal. I finally got moved. As soon as I find the yarn I'm looking for I will be making this. I love doing your tops. Have a Yarntastic beautiful day 🧶💖🐸
Thank you! You too! 🥰
Crystal this is wonderful! So pretty! Thanks so much :)
Thank you so much!
Thank you, Crystal, for another beautiful pattern ♥️ I have to finish some other wips before I can make this, but it will be on my hook VERY soon. Lots of love and yarny hugs 💗
Gorgeous top crystal thank you for all your hard work.looks so lovely on you.💝💝
That stitch is very special thanks for the tutorial I will definitely make a top I just have to get some yarns
This is really beautiful!❤❤❤
Love this, thank you
This is a gorgeous blouse! I love how easy you make your tutorials to follow with your clear and very detailed instructions! Will be making this very soon, moves to the top of my project(s) list! Thanks so much for making and sharing this tutorial Crystal. Any time I meet someone in the crafts stores I share your channel with them, letting them know you have NO FAIL tutorials in anything you make and share! Truly, ANYONE can make your beautiful items no matter how difficult they make look....
Adorable!
Thank you ❤️
Crystal you are the best teacher. You ALWAYS are encouraging , supportive, your voice is calming easy to listen to. I always wanted to make a wearable but was apprehensive thought it would look awful; after watching this video I really think I can do this!! That’s the encouragement I feel from you. Crystal you will never know how I feel watching your videos. God bless you. ❤❤gayle
I love it ❤
This is so pretty and you look great in it!!!
Thank you, GaGa! 🥰
Yes Yes Yes!!! Can't wait to watch this one and try it. You looked beautiful with it on in your other video.
Hi Chrystal I'm making the summer dress. You did it in a teal color. I'm making the same size you did. I'll post it this weekend. So super easy.
Can't wait for a racer back tee ❤
Such a pretty #crochettop Thank you, Crystal...🫶🏻
wow, looks amazing. Thanks for the tutorial and for all you teach us
Oh I absolutely love how the neck and shoulder came out! I know you had several tries on the V ❤ it is beautiful!!!!! And I love the name even tho it made you throw your yarn 😂😂😂
V neck tops are the most flattering on me. I'm so glad you made this with a V neck.
This is such a lovely top! It's a beautiful design, Crystal.
I so enjoy your tutorials, no one explains how to crochet better than you. You've given me the confidence to try so many different things. Its my therapy and i want to thank you so very much.
❤️ this V neck top! Thank you! (I think I will try the three quarter tapered sleeve)
I adore this! Definitely going to have to make one for myself.
It's here!! It's here!! The tutorial I've been waiting for. I've got such a dilemma right now... I have like 4 things I really really want to make and I can't decide which one to start first!! Ahhhhhh!! I really really wanna make this top though - my "problem" is that I'm a bigger girl, and every wearable I make just looks... I don't know... like a paper bag with a tiny neck hole. I'm hoping that this being a V-neck, it will look nicer! Thank you, Crystal! 💜
I think you could modify the pattern for a scoop neck or boat neck. If you request it, the creator might advise you. Good luck.
Sounds better than me, anything I make for myself looks like I’m wearing a blanket. Everyone else looks so nice but me just seems like I am wearing a blanket ! Sigh 😔
Going to get started on this one today even though I am currently working on 2 of your shawl patterns! I prefer not to have more than 2 wips at a time but here goes! Thank you Crystal for such great patterns!
Pretty. I love the V neck. Looking forward to watching the video.
Love, love, love this! Most definitely planning on making this for.....ME!!!
Yay! It's here! I can't wait to make this!!!
Very pretty Crystal. Will have to make this. I know i can. Thank you for the video . Have a great weekend. 💜💜💜💜💜
Such a pretty stitch and top. It fits you well and looks really good on you. I love the V neck. My fav.
Love this!
Beautiful Crystal!! Thank you for all the work you do that goes into design, creating, sizing info, filming and everything! ❤😃
Thank you so much! ❤️
😊
Crystal it’s beautiful ❤you’ve outdone yourself tyvm xo
This is my favorite top so far. I am definitely making at least one. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
❤
I will start this one next week. Have to finish another one of your summer tops first. Love this pattern. Was looking for v neck. Can't wait to get started. Thanks Crystal!😊
❤
Beautiful! I love the stitch you’re using.
Crystal- you look gorgeous in this. Sorry you don’t like neck or sleeves on you! You are wrong.
Love the top and I'm making the small/medium, currently working on the back panel. But I'm a little confused the front panel ended up being 59 rows including the V Neck, but the instructions for the back panel are for 49 rows. Did I miss something?
I apologize... 59 rows for both
I saw your preview of this top in your other video. My gawsh it's so pretty on you!!! And a beautiful top all around.❤❤❤❤
This will definitely be on my “To do” list. Looking forward to making this top.🥰
Happy weekend everyone thanks 🙏 Cristal beautiful work thanks ❤❤❤
Thank you! You too!
That top is beautiful. This May be the first wearable I attempt to make
I’m just finishing the top. I used the same yarn as my niece’s favorite color is pink. I hope she loves it. First wearable that I’ve made. The tutorial is fabulous! Thank you Crystal!
I love this sweater. I would like to have powder, but I can’t find it on Etsy. Does it have a number? Please respond.
I bought 1600 yards of lucky brand bamboo yarn #3. I find it to be more like a #2. Can I use the same H hook and stitches for my
L/XL size. Wouldn’t it be more see-thru? Can anyone assist me?
Off topic-was just at Joann’s today in Arizona - they had 6 colors of jumbo size (482 yards) Bitty Stripes in store and online too ☺
Crystal, when I do my swatch, the sixteen stitches equals 5 inches and 14 rows equals 3 inches. I used a 4.5 hook. The h hook was too long. I am using Bernatt softee cotton dk weight. Can you give me some advice, please?
I just started I love this. Thank you so much for all your tutorials. I just finished two of the new duster pattern you posted. So perfect to make a simple tank top look dressy. The first thing I do everyday is go straight to bag o day and I always find something wonderful to make or a new yarn to buy. Thank you so much.
I finished this one last night. I absolutely love it. Thank you. I used the same yarn you did just in purple.
Oh my Crystal, that is beautiful 💕. On my bucket list. I probably make the arms longer as I lost a lot of weight and my arms don't look nice right now 😬
Hi Crystal. So...so pretty. Love it. Thank you.
Nice pattern. The only worry I have is the sewing part. I am not good at sewing. I might try this in the future though. I will make it over-sized so I can wear it over a mock turtle top in cooler weather.
Im wondering if i make it with the specifications for a small/medium exactly the way you did but with a 4 weight what size it will come out to...
Soooo love this! Thank you so much Crystal for another beautiful tutorial ❤❤❤❤ this is next on my hook after i finish the tank top im working on
Beautiful top! I think I would make the same alterations too. If I make this, it will be my first wearable! 🙂
Crystal keeps saying 49 rows on back panel and it confused me. It should be 59
59.. yes, same as front. It is mentioned in the description of all the sizes
I did my back panel to the 49 rows and went to stitch it up at the top and couldn't figure out why the back was so much shorter, I was following the video for small/medium size. I went back and read the description, now I see I needed to add more rows to the back. Thanks for your question because I was thinking the same thing. ❤
Thank you for asking this question. I had the same question.
❤
My you tube format has changed and now I can’t see the different size information.
I would try this in a cardigan
What would the stitch multiple be if you wanted to add a row of single crochet to help support the first row?
Thank you Crystal! What a beautiful top!
I absolutely love this pattern. Thank you so much for doing this tutorial! I also love the color - a dusty rose. Thanks again for all you do! 💜
Thank you so much Denise!
Thank you so much. Love your top. I will make this.
This is so beautiful. I can't wait to try this. Thank you so much.
Looks great, thank you for sharing and so much detail
This knitter will be doing this!! Thank you
I’m going to try this because it is a beautiful top … I just hope I can do it …❤
I really like this top. Thank you, I think I will try this one.
This is gorgeous! Thank you, Crystal.
Beautiful, love it. In my plans now.
I am watching this from beginning to end, my dear friend! Thank you for another magnificient pattern!!! You're the best! xoxo
Beautiful top Crystal thanks i
I love this!!! TFS! Austin TX USA
Hi girl , so what do you call the stitch you are doing?
Does this have a pattern? where can I get it please?😊
This is gorgeous and you look great in it. So nice.
Can i use a dk cotton yarn for this top or will it be too heavy?
Crystal I love this . I seldom make anything for myself but I think I have to have this.Thanknyounfor all the different sizes.
Thank you ❤️
Crystal !! I have to make this ! ❤❤❤❤
So pretty, I love it. Thanx!
What beauty N the color is just right.
Is Secret Harmonies from “A Kind of Magic”? Because it’s like magic the way your busting out tutorials on so many beautiful wearables. I can’t wait to try this one. You’re so awesome ❤
❤️❤️❤️
Back panel different on 59th row correct not 49th. I'm never sure but of course it has to be fifty nine rows in back if its 59 in front. But beginners always question themselves.
Yes, 59.... I apologize
I tried to watch someone's tutorial yesterday & the music was blaring, I couldn't hear or follow what they were saying & it wasn't nearly as beautiful as this is. I think I could actually do this!!
You can do this!! ❤️
This top is so beautiful. ❤❤❤❤
Very pretty Crystal. Nice work! ❤. I'm a huge fan of v necks.
Thank you! 😊
