@THFrenchteacher There were so many lovely insights shared gently and earnestly. Definitely worth listening to again to take it all in. Thanks for commenting!
I hope that this will be released as lots of smaller chapters, to be able to take each bite size nugget of wisdom and focus on it. So full of lots to mull over to help us look into our own mind and world and truly find freedom from these negative feelings ❤
@CarolynLowing Thanks for tuning in and commenting. If you go to the video description there are auto-generated chapters created by TH-cam. I've taken a look and they do reflect the various subjects quite well, so perhaps this is a helpful tool. Enjoy!
@robbiepeterh Thanks for tuning in and for your question. Buddhists don't believe that there is no I or self full stop, but that there is no inherently existent I - no solid, objective, fixed I existing independently of the mind. The existent I is a mere name, a mere appearance to mind, and it's this I that masters the mind and becomes enlightened. Hope this helps!
Thank you for this amazing podcast, especially the reflection on voluntary non retaliation. I really needed to hear this again ❤😊

But who is the I that master’s the mind? There isn’t one…
