I GROANED when I saw this was a HIIT routine as I avoid them when they show up but I made it through to the end (with a few cheaty tweaks 🤣) and that's why I love doing all my classes at home 🥰

Somehow you make squats and lunges fun! 🥰 proof that the teacher/instructor makes all the difference. Thank you for your lovely, smiley, calm approach to tough exercises. You genuinely changed the way I move my body and after two months of doing your routines daily I feel like a changed woman inside and out. Thank you so much❤️

Great class - thank you so much! I literally cannot do the bridge with the leg raise at all so I just did a normal bridge. Any tips on how to progress onto the leg raise ? :-) x
as a very senior lady with several joint issues I'm unable to do planks and some other exercises so did my own routine this time - this does not seem like pilates more like aerobics !
This was a really rough day. I think I pulled a muscle in my quad area (?), so some of these movements (mainly lunges) just weren't working well on my left side. 😕 I also am still concerned that I'm not doing inner thigh work properly, because I don't feel it burning like it should be. I suspect I'm overcompensating with another muscle area, but I can't figure out which or how to fix it. 😖

Please do more like this in the future! Love the calm, controlled, but still sweaty HIIT. Felt it in my arms and shoulders too after all those planks!
