    1) Just be aware you should be more aggressive
    2) Breathing: Hyperventilate right before you are supposed to be angry: doing the opposite of quiet breathing for the opposite effect too; warm rush of blood to head
    3) Get loud: When you need to be aggressive, BE LOUD. And in general speak with loudness, project your voice and speak with some clarity
3.5) Just randomly shout: Do this to practice being aggressive. You'll also be more energetic, people will naturally like you more if you are energetic.
3.75) Go into this world like you go in a woman: don't be limp dick, BE HARD. You'll get respect from men and women
    4) Get angry when injustice happens to you: You show you are aggressive. Most importantly, when the time comes you aren't going to generate negative thoughts about what you should've done for days after.
5)Be introspective and understand why you don't want to be aggressive: is it because of your parents shouting at you when you got angry or society (insert Joker meme here)?
6)Understand that you are competing for WOMEN
6.25) Compete in an aggressive way. Don't compete for them per se: Compete with other males FOR women.

I was raised like this too since kids in my neighborhood had rich parents who would threaten to sue anyone who fought them. So the kids would say whatever bullshit they want to you, and if you tried to fight them over it, the kid's mom would call your parents threatening to get legal. Realistically the lawsuit would never be taken seriously, but confrontations at school made me worried about what financial stress I could put my parents in. I was just aware enough as a teen to know they couldn't afford a legal battle and saving up for retirement at the same time. There were basically no fights at school, and as a result many of those kids became smarmy bitches, entitled, all bark and no bite. Fucked up a lot of people's personal development. Kids around school would get with their friends and form sparring/fight clubs to get out their violent urges, so there's still hope. I think we need to be a good influence on young people around us and help them see through the bullshit that there generally aren't severe consequences to standing up for yourself, as long as you aren't looking for trouble.

You could go up to the loud annoying guy and tell him to shut the fuck up without fear. Forget physical, most men try to avoid verbal confrontations nowadays. so unbelievably useful Hamza. i feel it already. i've got so much male aggression inside of me. its time for me to come to terms with it, let it out when needed, control it like fire.
after i did the hyperventillating with you i got angry at an invisible entity, and starting throwing punches at it. they felt powerful. i did 26 pressups, then said some loud words. sounds spergy lol but i feel great. food for thought. its comforting to hear you validate me that it's natural, because it is. i wish to hold onto this. i will ponder more over christmas.

Integrate your shadow, as Carl Jung said. Most men have had their aggression repressed from an early age since they were taught that all expressions of it were bad. Now they do not understand their own capacity for aggression and are actually more likely to release it in uncontrolled, dangerous ways. Conversely, the man who understands his aggression, who has integrated his shadow, is able to control it since he is aware of it, and release it as needed when it is appropriate to do so.
A man who is never aggressive is not kind, he is simply weak.
A man who is always aggressive is not strong, he is simply insecure.
A man who understands his capacity for aggression and when to use it is powerful and the only one who can be a truly good person.

Just take muhammad ali’s life for example
be great, be powerful, be strong, be aggressive, be resilient and hardworking but dont allow your inner masculine drive to impact your self control, your higher ideals, your responsibilities and greater goals; use them for those great and noble purposes. u can use your anger to fight for the oppressed or you can use it be the oppressor

The hard thing is balancing this out with maintaining relationships. Like it's a lot easier to show aggression with a stranger or someone you don't mind ruining a relationship with or with someone you know can handle it (like a friend), compared to a colleague or close relative. Relatives are probably the hardest, since 1. they've known you for a long time so have a relationship with you based on you normally acting a certain way and 2. in many cultures being perceived as disrespecting your elders is a big way for people to lose respect for you.

I've been thinking on this issue literally all my life. I was raised by a single mother, and although she curbed my angry behaviours, she also on the flip side would say things to me like "Don't be a girl", "What are you, a wimp?" Things like that when I was being a pussy.
This has caused me I feel, to be able to pick and choose my moments. Its NOT a good thing to always loose control when you're angry, but you certanlly need the ability to get angry and powerful in certain circumstances - and the ability to know which option would be better in a given moment.
Tl;dr: You want a balance of control and the ability to go through with the anger too if needed.

One thing i would like to add to this is the power of threatening calmness. Maybe some people already feel this but there is something dominating about someone being calm and well spoken in the heat of "battle", like you can feel their threatening aura of "if I don't shut up he is gonna kill me". This is mostly a characteristic of some leaders and authorities. But I absolutely love the faces of people when they realize they mistaked a kind and gentle person for a weak person and it backfires because the gentle guy knows how to fight back.
That said I agree with a lot off stuff in the video. Anger and aggression are important feelings and can do a lot of good if used properly and if not abused.

    • @ahsanaliiqbalansari2354
      @ahsanaliiqbalansari2354 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2
