Your are lucky to find one used! I have only seen 1 on eBay and of course it was to big for my tractor😡🤬

how does it perform on very rocky seed bed prep? what does it do with rocks?

Great question!
The floating Leveling Blade is your best muscle when you're in ground with lots of rock and debris. Rocks (and root balls, and old tires, and buried treasure) will collect on the front of the Leveling Blade. You simply pick your "drop point" where you want to consolidate your debris pile and raise your 3pt system to drop your debris in your desired location.
If your soil is especially rocky, I recommend considering the "Command Series" options for the TR3. This upgrades you to hydraulic scarifiers and provides swiveling rock teeth on the floating Leveling Blade. The control of the scarifiers will allow you to dig deeper if you're trying to pull out larger stones. The swiveling rock teeth on the Leveling Blade will grab more rocks while letting soil pass through.
