Salted caramel is the best. I bought my first tub today. I had half and put half away for another day. Just because it says it’s low calorie and you can eat all, doesn’t mean you should. Control and self discipline is the key.
thelaurels13 This is exactly what I did today! I’m on a low carb diet where I can eat no more than 100g of carbs a day. I ate about a cup of the ice cream and it fit perfectly into my macros. I was at 67g of carbs and I could have finished the rest of the ice cream but I know I shouldn’t and it be best to save it for tomorrow or sometime this weekend. It’s all about portion control and macros 💪🏻
yes! I was just eating oatmeal cookie (it’s so good tastes like an actual oatmeal cookie) and I just ate 1/2 a cup of it. I could’ve ate more but I knew I had enough and so I just put it away. I feel like how it says “280 calories per pint” sets a mindset telling yourself that it doesn’t matter how much you eat you still won’t consume many calories and you keep eating the whole pint until you reach the bottom. And just like it said, it sort of encourages binging in which can transfer into other things.

The first time ever eating a halo top while watching this and yes yes yes he can do it this is the best thing ever and only 360 for the entire thing!!! My boyfriend got a Ben and Jerry’s strawberry cheesecake at almost 1100 calories per pint 😧

This stuff is crap. It’s pumped full of air so it’s actually less ice cream than it appears to be. You’re getting ripped off. Leave in the freezer for a little bit. It’s shrinks in the unopened package as the air escapes. Less ice cream more air means less calories.
I am in the minority here, but I do not like Halo Top. It tastes (to me) just like any other lo-cal ice cream substitute. I'd rather have the real stuff. :-/

The only reason Why I buy a halo top is that I can eat the whole tub while still keeping it within my caloric budget.

Depends on the flavor, there are a few that aren't great but I have had plenty that are really tasty.
