It is great to follow your drawing without any other distraction, and a written explanation of the pencils, brushes, paints etc that you use. . I am teaching myself (very slow learner :-) so I find it quite helpful. Thank you!
I love love love your illustrations! And your videos always fun to watch. Good luck in your artistic journey and the business. Always looking forward for the new videos.
I found you on here! I've been a follower on IG and stumbled upon you here, so happy I did. I'm Mandy, in Ireland. I won your kind giveaway on IG there a while ago. I am so in love with the cards, I use them almost daily 😍 I treasure the artwork and stickers you also gifted me. They always make me smile, so so much ❤
Such a wonderful and interesting video! And wow! The art supply store looked so amazing! So many different art supplies to choose from! And thank you for showing us clips from when you used the new art supplies!✨
I thoroughly enjoyed watching! Thank you for sharing, and I love all the supplies you got. Your art is so endearing, and my imagination was off adventuring with the characters you showed here. ❤✨❤️
Hello, je viens de découvrir votre chaîne et j’ai passé un très bon moment, merci. Vos dessins sont très beaux et j’ai adoré Henry et Dave. À bientôt dans une prochaine vidéo (en attendant je vais regarder les anciennes!)
That could have been me, writing this. I like Bamboo for watercolor too. The only point is that masking fluid is not working well with this paper as she experienced with masking tape too, which I have no experience with because I don't use it. Bamboo paper comes in a lot of sizes and book formats, spiral binding, blocks etc. I love it, because it is not cotton and fast growing and hopefully a lot better for the environment, it works fine and is affordable - at least here in Germany.
Thank you for mentioning this, I didn't even mention my opinion in the video really, but that was also a thought I had! My usual paper is rather expensive, and I would be able to use the Bamboo paper much more experimental and with more ease :D
Hello! It was just happenstance that I stumbled upon your channel. Thank you for sharing your travels across Europe. Also, the adventures of seeing the many different Art stores. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Then again , art supplies are just just a delight to explore. Also, your illustration is wonderful! Cheerful characters with such delightful personalities. Thank you for sharing your wonderful art! ❤️ Warm Regards, Martina
Hi dear Martina! Thank you for your sweet comment and it's so lovely that you stumbled upon my art video's! I wish you a very warm welcome and I hope you'll enjoy watching ❤️
This makes me so happy! One day I hope to be able to get something from posting videos, but for now it's just for fun, and I get to learn how to film and edit videos, so it's already a win win.
The rural areas of Germany from your train ride remind me a lot of the countryside where I used to live in the Shenandoah Valley of rural Northern Virginia, an hour or two from the very densely populated region of metro DC that includes Virginia & Maryland. (I now live in Md.) In fact, the Shenandoah Valley that includes parts of Shenandoah National Park, was first settled by Germans beginning in the late 18th century and beyond. No surprise that they were drawn to a similar looking area from their homeland. Thanks for this fun art supply tour w/ lovely glimpses of the gorgeous pastoral German countryside.
Thanks for sharing your trip, Nadya. I was just in Aachen for a short time recently and didn't get the chance to visit Listmann. I did find a nice art supplies shop near the Dom. Now I have an excuse to drive up there again. Groetjes uit Frankfurt, Kendra
It’s a very relaxing video Nadya, I love it. I didn’t know you can paint on top of soft pastel, I should give it a try! And by the way, Hahnemuhle has amazing masking tape that stick well but never tear the papers, at least the papers I have tried them on. Plus, they can be used more than once, I have re-use them on at least 3 paintings :)
I really enjoyed watching this video, very cozy and interesting! 😊 The art store you visited seemed super nice as well! I have only tried the bamboo paper yet, and I like it for light layers of watercolor, ink, and all kinds of pencils 🙂
Listman is nice, but there are shops here in the Netherlands that have a better assortment and are cheaper. The Gerstaecker shops in Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam and de Kwast in Den Bosch for example. But whenever I visit Aachen, I always pop in. Love your little mice.
I've been to Swaak as well, there are a couple of video's on my channel. Whenever I'm in Utrecht I try to visit. I do live very near to Aachen, for me this is the most nearby choice ❤ I hadn't noticed any differences in price or assortment though.
I recently had some nasty experiences with Gerstaecker so I am done with them. They used to be my favorite but not anymore. Listmann is definitely customer friendly.
Alvast fijn weekend!
Finally someone that pronounces Hahnemühle correctly 😂 Listmann seems to be a very nice art shop, unfortunately it is located only in northern Germany, so I don’t have one near me to visit. Thanks for sharing the experience! By the way, Legami is a very nice pen and it is also refillable. I have three already 😅 and you can also erase the ink with the back of the pen.
Thank you for watching!! I live so close to Germany, maybe that is why I knew the pronunciation 😂 And I kid you not, when I received the notification of your message I was just writing a journal entry with the Legami pen 😍 I did not know it was refillable, now I know, thank you!
Thank you! The song is called “Robin in Spring” by Patrick Ussher. I use an Artlist subscription for the music of my video’s, I’m not sure all songs can be found outside of their website.
Great Drawings and Now I plan to travel to the art store in late summer 2024. I will be traveling to Berlin. and must find out. how far or close the art store is from Berlin. Thank you for. the vlog
Hi, I have just discovered your channel and subscribed right away. I love your cute illustrations and relaxing video. I have a lot of Schmincke pastels ( they are so wonderful) and all the pan pastels because I have painted a lot with them. Unfortunately I have developed a severe dust allergy and can no longer use them. This art store is the heaven for artists:) Have a nice day:)
Thank you 😊, yes I am using now Acrylics, Gouache, Watercolours and watermixable oilpaint. But I miss my pastels. I'm looking forward to your next video. Have a lovely day:)
Hi! I do use oil pastels from Caran d’Ache up until now. I mostly use them for creating textures and details to my gouache paintings and the paper I mostly use is Arches 300 grams hot pressed water color paper 🥰
I'm watching on a rainy 🌧 Saturday morning in the Greater Manchester area of England, whilst trying to finish my quilt sampler. So relaxing. ❤
That sounds soo magical ❤
Hello Dave and Henry. We welcome you. ❤ And I pray kindness and safety for all the little creatures in our world.
😍❤️
Thank you for actually using the art supplies you got and showing us how they behave!
Thank you for watching! :D

Do you watch a young Taiwanese artist 👩🏼🎨 named Jenny? Hey it’s JC. I love both your channels.
I didn’t! But I will go watch now 😄 thanks for the tip 🥰
