Case Knives
Its name says it all. The robust American Workman is ready to take on any task with its carbon steel blades, radiant Red Synthetic handle, and user-friendly contours that rest easy in the hand of its hard-working owner. Making a bold, rugged statement, the American Worker backs it up with outstanding performance. Mini Trappers are a smaller version of our Trapper carrying two full-length blades, the Clip blade, and the Wharncliffe blade. The Clip blade is commonly used as a multi-purpose blade and preferred for detail work while the Wharncliffe blade makes for an excellent general-purpose utility blade. This blade is also great for cutting and has a finer edge/point for increased control. This knife is constructed with Case Tru-Sharp stainless steel which is a special high-carbon steel that helps the blades hold an edge longer than conventional steel. It also offers extraordinary blade strength and corrosion resistance.
Clip Blade
The Clip blade is extremely versatile - just the thing for those everyday tasks at work or around the house. With a sharp point for piercing, the shape allows for better control of the cutting edge.
Wharncliffe Blade
The Wharncliffe blade features a thick back for added strength, curving to a fine point that meets a straight-honed edge for extra control. This is a rugged, hard-working blade.

cool thanks for sharing
Great looking knife and what a nice combination of blade shapes. Overall, great combo. Thanks.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I agree. It's light and sharp and provides the right mix of cutting tools.
Great case knife 🔪 👌 👍
Thanks for sharing Rusty!!
Thanks Terry. I like more than I thought I would when I first ordered it. It's a favorite traditional knife for me.
That a great looking Trapper!
Thanks Randy. It might change a lot of people's mind on carrying a trapper knife
I am not the biggest fan of the Spey blades on most trappers so this one is pretty nice I like it especialy with the half stop, this one looks like it may see a little pocket time...Thanks , have a good one buddy.. 👍
Yes JP. I do enjoy carrying this one. I like the blade combo so much better than that of the standard trapper. Actually like a mini trapper much more than I thought I would
Hi Rusty, I certainly agree with those blade shapes. What a good combination ! I agree with Jolly Peanut, not a fan of the spey blade. Notice you chose correctly on saying the other knifes second blade was a sheepsfoot. I love the sound made by that half stop !
This is a good knife Tom. I see they make it with a white handle and an amber bone, but both those are in stainless steel and I am really like this carbon steel.
Yes the spey blade needs to go, IMO. Trappers would instantly be a better knife with a wharncliffe and a clip point blade. Again, IMO.
I actually like the little Old Timer too.
hey brother so i was bored and i went on TEMU and bought a knife just messing around and i found a gem lol its a wharncliffe style blade and its around 3 inch blade and3.6 inch handle so its smaller but man it came centered and its sias its D2 steel and it looks and feel like a 70 dollar knife ive been playing with it for 2 days straight now and still no issues so im so happy i bought it and it only cost 10 dollars but it went up to 12 dollars now but still for the price its way worth it lol its put togeather very well for the money and it looks cool as well go very lucky with this purches
You just never know what you'll find out there. Good digging miner!
Very cool one Rusty. I wonder why they don't give the half stop on the large ones... cheers man 🖐
That's a good question. However, after handling my Case standard trapper with no half stops and then switching to another knife with half stops, I don't mind the pulls on the Case standard trapper. It's "smoother" and has good spring retention so I don't worry about the blade closing on me.
I just try to the keep the any pressure on the sharpened edge and that will keep the knife open.
