  • Eachine F16 the new 50mm EDF RC jet is here. It offers super easy assembly and fun filled RC Jet flights. With its 50mm EDF its quiet, fast and powerful enough to whoosh around your RC Field. I just wish they provided a landing gear for it. The only thing that puts me off is to hand launch a RC Jet and land on its belly. Apart from that, everything about Eachine F16 is superb. Enjoy the video and funny jet blast on face.
    RC jets, electric ducted fan powered or mini jet turbined fuel powered are amazing Radio Controlled Jets that come in various sizes. RC Jets offer high speed thrilling flights. Enjoy the video

    Looks like the exact same foam molds from the old Kyosho F-16 EDF from like 15 years ago..which was sold as a kit for like $450 back then(rip off). Was a great flying bird, would imagine this fly's even better with modern electronics, edf, gyro etc.

    No rudder, then bank and yank. CG so far forward will reduce elevator authority so making turns much bigger. The addition of rudder won't really help on a low aspect ratio wing like this.

    Mine flew pretty well, but it stalled in a heavy wind into the tall grass. Keep the throttle pretty high. Cracked the fuselage and broke the missile. Kind of expected that. Lots of pointy bits. I’ve fixed it back up. Although I’ve proven that it can be flown as is, I really think this plane needs a stabilizer.

      @ltfadl1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Go 4s and the stalling turns is a thing of the past but you still need to stay in the throttle when turning. I experienced the stalls as well, but they turned into flat spins with full throttle of 4s and landed flat no damage, happened twice before I realized I didn't have enough juice during the bank and yank process.

      Really? I have did not watch those videos buddy. I know them. they are good reviewers. To me my worry was that i did not have right battery for it. battery i used was a 3S 2600mAh and it was making the jet heavier than it supposed to and it was pretty nose heavy. still it flew actually very well. pretty stable and nice airframe. with right battery I am sure it would have performed even better. but as i mentioned in my video without stabilizer this or any such small jet needs full attention of pilot and prior skills to fly it. Thank you for your kind comment brother. and your support. appreciate it

    Hi Ali Shanmao, nice video again. I have a very simple to fly, basic planes from Eachine (the Mustang) which has those gyros to keep flight easy. I love that very much, since I am a beginner. I have a hard time, when switching of the assistance (I can go middle mode, but not fully manual, I crash within 30 sec......). Now I bought this F16 and wonder fi I can install a gyro-stabililzer as well. Also, it seems I need to buy a remote and a receiver. I got a remote from an XK1200 plane (which also has gyro and receiver) and I wondered if I can use this. Well, I know this is a lot of question, but maybe you can send me to a link/webpage where I can learn more about this.. thank you in advance!

    How are you getting on with this little jet? I bought one and am very impressed. Very good climb performance. With a 1300mah battery the CG is spot on. It is very stable from a hand launch even with a high angle of attack. I only have access to grass runways so I don't need landing gear.

    I'm a big fan, Alishanmao but for once I'm not so happy with your review. The approach is this time not very positive and you equipped the F16c with a much to heavy battery. I fly this plane with a high C 850 mAh 3s lipo and the performance is amazing. Try that and open up the screen in the bally to let in more air to the turbine and you will be surprised.
    And rigid landinggear on a machine like this will destroy the performance, for sure, better fly it on grass.
    However, you are absolutely right about the rudder, it should enhance the experience
