      Them kid cliff bars of yours I could eat 3 or 4 a day ,,, I never have but I could eat that many I love them! I have ate 2 a day before yikes!

      Peanut Butter. Always. Measuring PB is just not worth it. If you can’t dive in a jar with a spoon it takes the fun out!

    Portion control is huge for me I have a very healthy diet but I always want to eat more!!

    I love the question, "What is the outcome?" Seems like I've been asking myself, "Is is worth it?" and answering that is different than thinking about the outcome of eating something. I'm not sure there is one particular food that I struggle with overeating. I think snacking when I'm not hungry, maybe I would categorize it is fun food.
