******UPDATE CAPTAINS!!!!*********** Depends on if you are UC and have completed the Terromorph quest. I landed there last night (8/21/24) on another playthrough, no faction affiliation, to find this spot, and there where Varuun there fighting a Terromorph that by the way, will tip over the new vehicles which is AWESOME! I had an epic battle....anywho, I think its a first time drop in spawn. It will be cool to visit this place each playthrough having made different choices to see what drops there and other locations.
Now I’m “combing the desert” looking for this location and to continue the Space Balls quotes…”we ain’t found shit” 😂
Keep looking. Its there. The game even pops up with the name of the location when you find it, so its not procedural.

Another player told me when they found the location with a high level character the Aceles was there. They tried with a low level who hadn't started the Terrormorph storyline and it wasn't. Have you done the full terromorph questline?
I'm in the same boat! Scouring this area - I'm ng+ 3, level 124, did the quest line (chose no microbe) and I can't find it! Little car helps get around though! 🤘

I just passed 400 hours and I’m amazed that I’m still stumbling across new stuff. Like I had no idea about the three legendary battleships. I had to pop over to Wizards TH-cam channel for ideas on how to build the toughest ship to conquer these behemoths. Sista encouraged me to board every vessel I can and I just started doing that recently. The things you find are so fun. I was SO focused on surveying 1000+ planets and moons it just didn’t occur to me to dock and board ships. 😂 I saw your video with the lady walking her giant lizard creature on a moon. I remember when that happened to me. I thought I had seen it all in the game when she comes strolling by. Bethesda….please just secretly keep dropping content to discover in the game. Don’t tell us about it or that it’s there, just drop it in to be discovered.
You get TONS of XP if you defeat a legendary. Definitely need a beast of a ship to fight them. Let me know how it goes!
@@SistaCitizenhave you found a way to not take thermal damage? The Mark 1 suit is better than my np+4 starborn suit but it’s still not enough. The extreme environments force you to move fast. I forgot the name but the POI in the cave with a lava pool and catwalks just above the pool. Wow it’s hard to survive in there for very long with environmental damage turned on. I guess that’s the fun of it. It’s like a game of chess. That would be a great video, best equipment and techniques to survive these environments. I do love that it will now kill you.

In one game iteration (after I did the VC terrormorph main quest) I did one of the bounty missions to track down a terrormorph and when I got to its location I found an Aceles fighting it. It was so cool seeing that the terrormorph could not get pass the armor plating of the Aceles and the Aceles would swing its head down like a mace hitting the terrormorph to take it down. Haven't seen an Aceles gobble up those heat leeches yet.

@@SistaCitizen Tried for an hour or so, failed. I wonder if it spawns in the same place, or only if you choose the Aceles option in that quest? I did chose the microbe so sissy Constellation wouldn't be upset. Anyways, did come across a science outpost where I saw one of those terrormorphs destroy a squad of spacers. That was cool.
There is an Aceles right there on Jamison at the Solar Farm south south west direction from Atlantis city. It’s also guarded there by a Vanguard soldier. Right under everyone’s noses 😆.

I never understood why all my constellation companions doubted my decision for the Aceles over the Microbes, when it's so easy to understand "big things I can shoot if things go wrong, but try to shoot microbes..." Sadly the game doesn't even give that option for an answer.

Awesome! You should try and do the poi outpost glitch there. That would be a great outpost centre. I bet you there is one near Atlantis. I love your channel. You have the best Starfield content. The Mathis video was incredible.

@@SistaCitizen ya you can glitch your outpost into poi s. there are videos on it but not to many. I can confirm it works for Xbox tho. Super sweet when you get it to work. Glacial on Jemisen, conferious forest is really nice. My favourite is Strix one not marked poi. It’s an Oasis in the desert biome.
Thanks Sista. I found the location and a Aceles was there. The Aceles was fighting a giant spider when I arrived (the Aceles won the fight). I kept my distance (had Erick with me and he sometimes freaks out on wildlife and starts shooting). Didn't see any troops there. But I didn't take the same route as you with Vae Victis. Thanks for sharing. I didn't put up an outpost. I already have 23 outposts and only 1 available. Need to keep that in case of future survey stuff. But the primary reason was because I only saw Beryllium and Aluminum in the area (not stuff I need). Thanks again for sharing. Can't wait for you to discover what's behind that 'battle saddle' deal. Would be cool to saddle and ride one of those. PS: Went there with my lowbie character as well. The outpost was there along with several dead colonist but no aceles or troops. Lowbie hasn't talked with Vae Victis yet.
Interesting Tom. Did the lowbie run the Terrormorph storyline, you just didn't talk to Victus? I'm wondering will the population of Aceles grow / spread to all planets. So far people I have only heard people say they have seen them on Akila and Codos, but I haven't heard anywhere else. I guess time will tell. Thanks for the comment Tom. BATTLE SADDLES!!!!!
@@SistaCitizen Lowbie just hit level 30 and just started the vanguard stuff yesterday. ie: talked to Hadrian the first time yesterday and did kill his first terramorph at that time.
But lowbie's visit to the site you found was prior to any of that. LOL, when I saw your vid the first thing I did, when I logged into the game, was go find that site. I'll have to go back today to see if the lowbie can see the aceles now. Will let you know.
@@SistaCitizen Just went and checked the site again. No aceles but the dead colonists were not there this time. Lowbie is just at the part where he is talking to the UC diplomatic minister. Planning how to get permission from the other two factions to enter the archives. So still in the middle of the questline.
PS: just a side note, my high level character (who saw the aceles) talked with Victis but think I turned him in to the UC instead of working with him.
@@SistaCitizen I'm feeling like seeing the aceles or not depends on if you pick them as the solution to the terramorph problem.
ie: if you pick the molecular solution you won't see the aceles in the game (just a guess).
My lowbie hasn't got to that point yet. When he does I'll go check your site immediately afterwards and let you know.

Ha! I went to Jemison and found poachers who had killed the two guards and trapped the Acilies. I killed the poachers and the Acilies just stood up and started walking away.

I found one on jemison fighting a terramorph I started helping it and must've hit it by mistake cause next thing I knew Sarah killed it

@@SistaCitizen I think I don't remember remember what it was maybe hallucinogen or fiber it was something common tho but yeah She killed it I banished her to one of my outposts that I never went to

@@SistaCitizen with that quest line in particular I hated that all of them hated the idea of the Aceles, they tried to base it on the player not trusting the science what about the science that it involves cloning the freaking Aceles to bring them back
I've had this encounter a few times but at other locations. There are also some different encounters with them that I've come across. One was a short quest where a vanguard guy asked me to help him clear an area while he "deployed" the aceles. I've had another encounter with an aceles fighting a terrormorph with another dead aceles nearby (its mate maybe?). I'm wondering if it happens more on settled planets and moons because I'm pretty sure I was on Akila every time I've come across them.

@@SistaCitizen I've never really explored there outside of Londinion for the Vanguard quest, so I've never seen them there. I might have seen them on other planets, but the times I'm sure about have all been on Akila.

Hey! I wanted to let you know don't use energy weapons when killing the terrormorphs around the Aceles! It can kill them and if it doesn't they will attack! Even the UC runs away! I felt soo bad!! had to do a save scum to fix that!
The Terrormorphs also kill baby Aceles!

@@SistaCitizen Nice response! Gotta love these Debbie Downers. I have over 1100 hours in across 4 different starts and haven't seen this location. I had heard about random encounters with Aceles (no handlers) on Toliman II after the Vanguard quest is completed if you picked that option but I've only done a couple bug-hunts.

@@SistaCitizen If you actually played Starfield, you'd know this is common. Aceles always appear next to New Atlantis after the terrormorph mission.
