    Hey Ervin, just wanted to drop a comment to let you know that you and several other channels have taught me so much in the course of my time in transitioning to IT. I left my teaching job 4 months ago with no IT experience. I’m proud to say that these videos have helped me land my first IT desktop support role.     What cert you recommend to get into help desk?

      Any "Fundamental" certs should help, but you don't necessarily need it to start working in Help Desk. Just make sure that your resume shows your computer knowledge and that you talk about it during the interview.

      @@Cobuman Thank you! The Security + certification from CompTIA is extremely expensive. Best bet is to work for a corp and have them pay it for you.

    Sir i have a question regarding this matter in 1:30:36 about printer. How can the user get his printer ip adress when he cant add the printer? Thank you sir

      Host name and Ip address should be written on the printer. User can just go to it and write it down.
