For me, the first thing is the S Pen. I use it a lot. And the second thing is the flat display. After using the flat display on the S24 Ultra, I will never use a phone with a curved display, even if it's just a little bit curved. 😅

Besides the software Support it's hard to find a reason to upgrade 😅
