    Growing these peppers for the first time this year. Started my seedlings in March to give the plants a good head start. Planted them in mid June. They now have quite a few peppers on them…some fairly good size already. Can’t wait to try them.

      I also just planted this pepper . I think I’ll put hoops and frost cloth over them when frost gets here!

    what zone are you in, and what are your summer temps like?

      Zone 5b, about 45 minutes south of Buffalo in NY. Summer temps are typically high 70s/ low 80s on average most days, with the occasional heatwave here and there. WNY summers are incredible, just way too short!

    Nice video! This is my first year with this variety and they are loaded with peppers! Can I cut a slit in them and roast them on the grill and then core and seed them? I want to dehydrate them after they’ve been roasted so I get maximum flavor. Thanks!
