Mirror room Fractured Realm is great with Ghostly Dancers. I’m playing blue/white token producing enchantment deck in MTG arena with quite some success. Finisher is Dollmakers Shop/Porcelain Gallery: all creatures get power & toughness by the amount of creatures you control. Really fun to play. Also, unlocking room costs get decreased by the 2 mana W/B 2/3 Inquisitive Glimmer.
I am not a horror movie fan. They scare me too much 😂. I still really enjoy the set theme though. It’s really fun in limited too. I like it more than other recent sets for drafting.
Marina Vendrell was actually one of the cards I was specifically looking for and in the showcase as I thought the room mechanic was funny and jank. I have yet to play the deck yet but it seems fun. I managed to pull the Double Exposure Marina Vendrell and Marina Vendrell's Grimoire in the same pack. I think rooms are really neat especially for enchantment based decks.
The reason why commander power was given to wizards was for safety. The people on the old commander ban team were fully doxed and sent more than just your average death threats. The prof talked about how its the worse hes ever seen and talked about how the death threats he gets called in to his house arnt even as bad. It needed to happen for safeth reasons.
@PackOpeningAddict ya, sad face. Didn't even get the chase cards I wanted. Set seems underwhelming from a pure $ perspective. Experience of opening was still fun. Enjoyed the flavor, just not the wallet hit.
yuh lotus hate is beyond me... I get dockside and crypt (but at the same time don't see why it shouldn't remain a part of cedh), I kind of feel like Nadu should be erattaed since it is a fun ability just shouldn't go infinite. Eh if I get my desk cleaned off so I can start playing again I'd rule 0 it, if folks are cool with it I still have a crypt for uhhh loch lady emri? and if not it'll be a proxy for mox amber ;)
