【Serpentine Belt】Replacing a BMW belt, DIY on X5 E70 4.8i 2008

A squeaking noise in my engine bay is maybe from the serpentine belt. I changed the other belt, the AC belt, not a long time ago. So first off, diagnosing where the noise comes from, whether the serpentine belt or these pulleys. Once I got the idea that the belt is the cause of the problem, Then I replaced it with a new one.

エンジンルームからする異音。1年くらい前にACベルトは交換してあるので、おそらくドライブベルト(サーペンタインベルト)かと。まずは、ベルトかプーリーどちらから異音がしているのか、おおまかに判断して、ベルトが怪しそうなので交換をしました。

lol lol I’ve got exactly the same Blo-y squick on mine.4.8 V8 E70 2007 every morning the same until I’ve traveled about 10 miles then it gos..so will be replacing the belts first and see if that works thanks for the vid 👌🏻🇬🇧

@@autowestend sorted it I did put a new pulley tensioner on and belt but that wasn’t where the squick was..it was the Alternator BELT 🤷new belt BLISS sorted 👌🏻
