Never do myofacial release before you run or lift weights because it reduces your elastic energy & therefore your performance. Mark knows this. He trained under Louie Simmons who would never do this before workouts😅🙋🙏

The inside shin, where shin and calf connect always kills me from running, roll it and massage, but never stops hurting
Provided you have ruled out all the usual causes and are running with the correct form, you may wish to look into chronic anterior compartment syndome. Particularly if it feels almost like a pressure building throughout the run
@@watsonhenry3202 I run what's comfortable feeling, at about mile 3 I need to stop and massage it out, otherwise I just limp along in pain. I like to get at least 8 min miles, so maybe I'm pushing my body harder than it can go. Just going to keep grinding, if goggins can get his knees drained and keep running, I can suffer through some lower leg pain
Tib raises and calf raises could help, if you haven't tried those already
