The best thing you should do is use acetone to remove the name to replace it the thing you might need to do is sporty, acetone on the name and begin to stretch all the letters off
I had the same issue with the same jersey and the same name set from classicfootballshirt…. I think the glue on this nameset doesn’t work properly anymore…
It depends! If it’s like an actual patch, you can remove it with a home iron by heating it up and then peeling off the patch. If the patch is the same material as a name and number set, it might be harder to remove but I would assume that it would come off with boiling water and detergent like I did in this video. Hope that helps!
@@nutmegcityfc Wow! Thank you so much for answering! It's a 2016/2017 Champions League patch, so I think that the first method will be perfect, at least I tried :) Thanks again!
@@nutmegcityfc possibly, but like you said in your video I think because the name sets are 4+ seasons old I think it just need extra time due to the adhesive but will deffo dm you how mine came out
Dude I just got a heat press through fb market. My life is so much easier. I'd recommend it, I haggled down to 80 dollars and it's practically brand new
Hey man not sure you’ll answer this comment but i have a jersey with a custom name on it where two letters should be swapped. It’s already been made and everything is there anyway i can fix this issue at home?
Yeah I don’t wear them too often so I don’t have to wash them often. When I do wash I flip it inside out and wash in the washing machine with cold water and then let it air dry
Most of them I get from Classic Football Shirts. It's a UK company so shipping can be just a bit expensive if you live in USA, but they have good prices. There are some USA retailers like ProSoccer.com and SoccerWearhouse.com that sell them, but the name sets themselves are expensive.
Congrats on 600 subscribers, on to 700 📈
Thanks!! We going up!!

I’ve pressed number 4s before and they suck, because of the shape it can look misplaced even though it’s perfectly straight
True
Yes! It took me forever to figure out the correct alignment when I was first doing it! Had to look up a bunch of reference photos haha

Hello! How can I remove a patch from my MCU jersey, to apply it on another?

I did this on my own jersey with sterling 7 on and the name was really difficult to peel, I think it’s the name as the number was so easy to do
But I was lucky as my name took me 2 hours to do but will dm on insta you a picture of how it came out
Man that’s so weird! Maybe a heat press is what we need!

@@nutmegcityfc dude u better do that asap. I've had internal pain watching you ruin some jerseys 😂 glad to help
@DYSENTERY do you have any advise for removing namesets?
Acetone. But you'll have to be patient af.
I did boiling hot water mixed with detergent and then scrubbing it off with a towel with this name set but it doesn’t always work
