- This was my very first time flying via Delta Airlines Boeing 737-900 ER flight. In this video you would see where we were number two for departure when suddenly a heavy thunderstorm with winds approached us and all departures were delayed.
This was also my first visit to Atlanta International Airport.

According to my calculations there were 20 planes waiting for departure on both taxiways
Thankfully We were number 2 in line lol
I had a similar incident, we were second for departure at Atlanta and they stopped the traffic for half an hour.
Oh wow that must have been an experience lol
@@LDuranProduction Yeah and what was even more annoying was that it all could have been avoided. I flew Southwest and since you pick your own seats, everyone sat down but this one lady kept walking up and down the isles. The flight came in a little late from Denver, and now this woman was causing more of a delay. After leaving the gate 40 mins late, we finally taxied down the long line, and when we were behind 1 other plane, they shut down the field. Had that lady been smart and sat down at the open seat, we could have avoided the whole storm.

I had a similar incident when I flew on American airlines from ORD-JFK, our flight was delayed not only because of a bird strike, but also the weather in JFK. We were stuck on the tarmac for hours

To me the only one who got the L in this situation was the people going back to Atlanta
(Because leaving LPIA in the night is hit diffrent)
