I’m on my modesty journey and it’s just so hard for me to find my style while covering up because for the longest I’ve always dressed in tight clothes or crop tops but I’ll find it
This is how I feel. I'm so used to what's fashionable that when I try to find modest dresses, I'm like "its ugly" I've been scrolling on shein for hours and I can't find anything like 😅

Idk why I’m feeling so self conscious about wearing skirts and dresses 😅. I’m nervous about going up stairs in them and I’m petite so I don’t want to look like a kid at 27 🙃
I have question sis. I had dresses that were just above my knee and i have been told its too short. So what the right length? I am 5f 2😢 ! Its had to find dresses and skirt without slits or that show much skin. I am heavy chested so i do wear a cami when i wear v neck but yeah it still shows. I'm desperate... I sometimes feel like i dress like a granny....
I am 5’1 and midi dresses/skirts are the way to go! There are so many options out there! I’ve noticed that shein has a bunch as well as ASOS, Lulus, Zara, h&m, etc!
Another thing you can try is adding tights or stockings if the skirt/dress comes just above your knees. Also, I believe The Lord will instruct you of what is/is not okay with modesty. Continue to pray and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance and clarity. I hope that helps ❤️🥰
Please look into Shein as a company and how they treat their workers and the environment/fast fashion/ landfills. You may not be paying a high price with shein but someone else is feeling the effect. Not trying make you feel bad, just alert you to the realities of the fashion industry and its impact on poorer countriesnd the planet. Ps you look beautiful! X
I wish Can be easier but no it’s hard my man is saying he want me to wear long modest dresses and since I was born I’ve been wearing my croptop pants and now 🙆🏿♀️🙆🏿♀️🙆🏿♀️
You can try looking at what scripture says about modesty and being set apart as His peculiar people. Having your own personal conviction for why you do the things you do will help strengthen your walk and decision making. Yes habits are difficult to overcome but with God all things are possible❤
