Great video! Training is going well, you’ll smash it next month Beth! Mike have you got any races or PB’s in mind to target for after the half next month? I ended up doing a sub 2 hour half marathon yesterday i was buzzing! 1 month early then expected but i felt good so just stuck with the pace.
@@McDazzaT Hi mate thank you, glad your enjoying the content, yeah she is smashing it, she was made up she got the 10 miles in, once i’ve done this with Beth i’ve got a 100 mile bike ride planned for July so will start that training doing the LCL liverpool to chester, then we have booked the Benidorm half marathon in November so i’m gonna try and do a sub 1:30, well done on the sub 2 hour its some achievement to even be able to run the distance 👍

@@McDazzaT Im weight training currently 4-5 times a week too, which definitely helps with the running
