Hands down one of the best first bikes ever sold, and likely the best one to get nowadays. The center stand is so nice for cleaning the chain easily

I had one exactly like this in Japan! Such a good little bike and perfect for a beginner. You could ride the crap out of it and not kill yourself. Thanks for the memories!

This video has the bike sounds, looks and what it's like to ride from a rider's view. And the chapters make sense too.
0-60 7:59 looked about 6 seconds to me.
      1st gear 0-35
      2nd gear 35-50
      3rd gear 50-65
4th gear 65-75 rider backs off.
Nice to have a bike where you can use several gears and full engine revs while still keeping your licence! And it still goes pretty quickly.
The engine pulls strong to the redline too, as we saw and heard in the Spirited Riding chapter.

Had one of those! They're a blast to ride, you have to wind out every single hp out of it to get them going, but that was part of the fun.

God I remember when my Ninja 250 felt fast and I was hitting third gear to get across the intersection.
Now if I'm in third gear on the throttle I'm going 110 and I get a little nervous about cops giving me a lifetime achievement award.

wide in this case means 4500 to 10,000 rpm with a lot of practical riding happening around 7000 rpm. Probably the early 21st century version of the old honda Superhawk ( 250/305 circa 1965).

These are great beginner bikes. Other than that tho, they’re too slow. I don’t like riding anything less than a 600 nowadays. This was a very good POV ride tho. Brought back memories from riding a 250 Ninja back in the early 2000’s. 👌🏽🔥🔥

If i were to buy a bike i would go for:
    1) Harley Davidson Sportster (Cool but overpriced in my country).
    2) Suzuki GSX-250R (Beginner's sports bike), Or something stronger like GSX R600.
    3) SYM cruisym 300 (A good automatic city/hybrid beginner's bike with nice trunk space and mobility).

Notice 100 mph is about 3 o'clock on the speedometer the farthest left gauge. , it gets pretty close so it looks like the top speed is about 90 mph ! Not too bad my old 1969 Suzuki 250 was about that fast !
