Fix Xbox App Stuck On Launching The Xbox App Screen On Windows 11/10 PC
Run Gaming Services Repair Tool
Step 1) Repair/Reset Xbox app
Step 2) Uninstall & Reinstall Xbox app
Step 3) Update Xbox App from store library
Step 4) Uninstall Xbox App & Install It from Xbox Website

Step 5) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
Step 6) Clear store cache Using wsreset command
Step 7) Update Windows 10/11
Step 8) Install Xbox identity provider and Gaming services

Uninstall remains of gaming service
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Install Gaming service:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 9) Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service
Step 10) Run this powershell command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 11) Run inetcpl.cpl command
In Advanced Tab
Check Use TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3
Step 12) Update Windows to the latest version using media creation tool

Took hours of going around in circles and watching heaps of these videos doing everything multiple times, in the end using the final step media creation tool - then uninstalling the xbox app - reinstalling from the browser to finally get this to work. Appreciate the video

I've tried everything but gaming services simply won't start, it gives an error with code 1060 saying that such service doesn't exist.

step 10 is what fixed it for me the information about the errors that would pop was crucial because seeing the errors made me think the process was complete when all i need to do was wait

I was watching this but i ran undertale as administrator then restarted and it updated and worked. Weirdest way to fix the xbox app 😂

how did you start undertale as admin? From the search bar? I don’t see the option in the app

I get the feeling there is an issue on their end that they have failed to identify and fix which is why none of these fixes are helping some of these people.
