This was my first ever roller coaster.. and I’m 25! I’m terrified of drops and scared of heights. After reading the reviews here, I pushed myself to go on this. The wait for me was 40 minutes (around 6 pm on a sunday) although earlier in the day I saw 90 min wait times. I was so scared for that first drop I cried twice from anxiety in line.. and then laughed about it later! It was barely nothing! Definitely ask to sit in the middle if you’re scared. They wanted us to sit in row 2 but we asked for the middle and they didn’t mind at all. It was pretty fun and I was laughing for most of it. Definitely easy.. I’m glad I conquered my first coaster!

Everyone watching this. Yes Slinky looks very slow when you're not on it, but it's actually a lot more intense than it looks. Especially the first launch. Like that was fast, and the first bank is wayyy higher than it looks. It's a big drop. You go so much faster than you think and it is a really fun ride. Maybe not worth a 2 hour wait, but I'd probably wait close to an hour for it. It was really fun.
I’m rlly happy it goes slow before you go down because I have a fear of rollercoasters (I’m slowly become less afraid of them) and I’m going on this ride for sure when I go! Also,People who are complaining about the launches and stuff, it’s because it’s a family coaster and they don’t want it to be too intense for children, Ex: if they have a fear of roller coasters and it’s one of their first if they just can’t take intense coasters or fast drops,it’s a good coaster for them. Since it’s toy story they wanted a coaster that is suitable for everyone.

The adventures of Barbie Bear and Squirtle same I’m afraid of roller coasters! I’m slowly gett8gn afraid of them. I’m actually at China rn and I went to Hong Kong Disneyland and went on big grizzly mountain runaway minecars. It was so fun! We went on it 6 times! It goes backwards on a drop but still fun. And actually, I’ve never put my hands up on a roller coaster, and that was the first ride I’ve done it to!
When you too poor to afford Disney so you just sit at home and watch other people ride them to simulate the feeling. Edit: oh my thanks for the likes, and also I GET TO GO TO DISNEY IN LIKE A FEW WEEKS NOW SO NOW I CAN ACTUALLY EXPERIENCE THIS..

I rode this when I went to Hollywood Studies last week, it was the last thing my group rode before we headed over to Fantasmic. We rode it at night and it was so pretty and seemed so much more fun than in daytime.

im at disney world 4 my first time since i was seven in 2002 & having just as much fun as i did then!!! i just rode him with my dad this morning & he was awesome! i dont like roller coasters but he looked like a more gentle one. we were in the last car. i said “omg” on first drop & “oh god” when he went faster. it felt like i was falling but i got over it in little bit. he was awesome. wheezys mouth didnt move & he didnt move back & forth either. i guess the animatronics were broken but it was still awesome too. when slink said “so long pals” i said “so long slink” back. he might be the only roller coaster i ever ride
My mom really wanted to go on this I thought it was just a kiddie coaster but I was so glad to be wrong, one of the smoothest rides and the cutest rollercoasters I’ve been on
I absolutely HATE roller coasters. BUT THIS. Is definitely great for first timers. Barely Any feeling with the drops and the speed is really fun. Definitely feels like a kiddie ride lol. I would however recommended getting a fast pass with how short the ride is. But for those of you who have anxiety with roller coaster, this is good for you. I had fun😊

There’s no better feeling that getting off a scary ride knowing “hey at least I did it” that’s the first step to conquering it, is just facing it and realizing it’s super fun once you’re off. I was terrified in line to get on The Slinky ride, but now I can’t wait to go back and get in it again, and maybe try another ride. He’s only 12, so give him some time and let him know that you’ll be there for him and he’s alright ❤️❤️
This ride is so much fun. I know it may look like a "kid Ride" and no its not super thrilling but it is so much fun and the theming is so awesome! Had blast this week on it!
I wasn’t expecting this Mack to be surprising but I actually got air time on this EJECTOR airtime to be exact it’s really smooth and a really food family coaster and the theming is awesome
You can see the time on the right at the beginning. We rode it and left the area before the park opened for the day. The lines were winding all the way out of Toy Story Land around in front of where the old entrance to Toy Story Mania is then up and over to the front of the Chinese Theatre. I only saw 4-5 hour wait times max, but we only went on when it would be an hour or less.
for any of you that don’t like roller coasters and are thinking of going on it, the first hill is the ‘worst’ then you will get used to it. it seems faster when your actually on it (my experience) but not that bad.

If I were the size of a toy my life would be very fun. I would spend the days happy and playing with my toys friends. It would be interesting to see the world and life from another perspective.
This ride was closed basically all day for us. My son was so upset and disappointed. But got over it.. Right when we were heading out for a break in the afternoon it opened. And the smile and happiness in him is what makes these trips so much enjoyable. Never seen him so happy for a ride lol.

We waited nearly 3 hours for this (fastpass unavailable) & it was so worth it. My kid's say it was their favorite so seeing their excitement was the best.
Loved it, don’t be nervous as someone who hasn’t tried many rollercoasters and is not a fan right now, this was very smooth and fun! You will love it trust me 🎉
bbueno2009 yes, it's a family coaster tho. They wouldn't make it too intense, I've been on it and I'm very lightweight, sure it goes incredibly fast on the "GO GO GO" Part, it's like hot wheels, where you back up and then go very fast for the rest of the ride. But at the end, you get off and your back on the ground.
I remember when I was 6 years old at Disney on the line for this ride and I lost my favorite blue sunglasses and I was devastated. So my mom told the guy that was managing the ride and he let us go twice on the ride and in the front of the line. So thanks to that man!
Haven't been to Disney in six years and about to go on Friday. Safe to say this is a ride that I'm excited for, even if it's not as crazy as Rock'n Roller Coaster.

This looks so cute! I used to be scared of the smallest coasters like this one and space mountain but over time I’ve climbed up my courage by going on rockn, tower of terror, gaurdians, and now I can do the hulk and the velocicoaster!! I used to hate that drop feeling and now I crave it!

I went on this once. Had to take 2 Xanax to even attempt to go on it. The ride doesn’t scare me as much* as the line. My anxiety unfortunately prevents me from waiting in these long lines. And as I get closer I freak out more

God, I remember when Toy Story land just came out, and these videos said like “2 months ago” or “2 days ago”, how time passes by. Now it’s Star Wars land.
I’m such a wimp when it comes to roller coasters, and that first drop made me so motion sick hahaha I thought I was gonna die. I was sitting in one of the back seats so the drop was longer. I know it’s probably like nothing for people who like big coasters, but my life literally flashed before my eyes going down that thing hahahaha. I enjoyed the rest of the ride when my motion sickness wore off.

Thank you for making this video. Now i can see what happen on the ride while my eyes were Completely closed the entire ride.. My baby son asked me to get on and although i am afraid of heights, i had to be brave. Keeping my eyes completely shut works.. Lol. wait time was 95 minutes Wow

I went on this once. Had to take 2 Xanax to even attempt to go on it. The ride doesn’t scare me as much* as the line. My anxiety unfortunately prevents me from waiting in these long lines. And as I get closer I freak out more

I waited 3 hours to get on this ride, and it was kinda worth it. Ride was fun, the lines are ridiculous.

The coaster that got me into coasters. After this, I was brave enough to ride way larger ones (100 ft tall+). Definitely a great starter coaster.

I’m such a wimp when it comes to roller coasters, and that first drop made me so motion sick hahaha I thought I was gonna die. I was sitting in one of the back seats so the drop was longer. I know it’s probably like nothing for people who like big coasters, but my life literally flashed before my eyes going down that thing hahahaha. I enjoyed the rest of the ride when my motion sickness wore off.
