This is most likely the first time I have ever commented on a youtube video but I just had to show my appreciation for you taking the time to make this video, thank you!

I was going to replace my breaker but seen this video and cleaned the coils like I seen in this video. It worked!! My water heater breaker was also tripping but it was tied to my ac. Fixing the AC also fixed the water heater situation. Thanks a bunch!

I have a Coleman Mach 15 on my 2019 Puma. I check the breaker and it’s on. Replaced the start capacitor (compressor would not kick on) and made sure everything was clean. It was just blowing air (as if it was on fan mode) before replacing the capacitor. Now it blows cool but not cold like before. I can hear the compressor kicking on and off with the new start capacitor.
Thermostat is typically on system cool, fan auto, and set between 65-70°F

Having same issue with my Mach 15. Running my generator, turned AC on and it kept stalling genny, 3rd time it tripped breaker on generator. Fan runs fine, no issue, so I'm assuming its start up capacitor, but will also clean coils while I'm up there.

I replaced both capacitors and still the same. Compressor is kicking on/off again. Thinking I may have lost freon but no signs of leaks

A baby hair brush works perfect for cleaning ac fins. It brushes out the dust and the bristles are super soft.

Dude, I had a RV mechanic show me like 20 yrs ago, to blow out the fins with compressed air, I've been doing this once a yr for years, an it works. I take my tire pancake compressor up on the roof with a pin point air nozzle an blow it out opposite of the intake of air. Whether it be dust or tree debris, spider webs, whatever, it works for me an keeps my 2 airs working. Just my way of doing it, either way will work as long as you get the debris out of the fins. @@TheAverageDan I've posted on many sites that everybody should have a air compressor on board, cause you can't always get air when you need it

The actual reason that the air was in cold is because with your condenser plugged like that your pressures get so high on the discharge that it raises the pressure on the suction side, which is why the air is not coming out cold that is the cause and effect of your problem I just wanted to explain why, so when you clean that off your head pressure drops which allows your suction pressure to drop And that’s why your air gets cold and a close system like that a dirty condenser because both sides to rise and since Refrigeration has a pressure temperature relationship let’s say at 60 psi your evaporator is 40° on the inlet or 80 psi is 60° on the inlet Because your head pressure instead of in 250 is 320 if that makes sense that is definitely from a very lengthy lack of maintenance. I would check that every couple of months to shoot it out with a hose and outdoor unit. Wipe it clean with a brush and then go ahead and wash it out with mild detergent and just blast that out with the hose wiping it off will help but if there’s that much on the outside, those coils have the ability to get impacted with debris meaning not on the surface, so yeah after you wipe it off, I would definitely give it a good washing with the hose. I will give you maximum efficiencies and a maximum ability to remove headr

Wow. The high side pressure on that A/C is probably sky high due to the clogged condenser.
I wish they put service ports on these air conditioners, even just to attach a manifold gauge and see what’s going on with the A/C cycle.

Mine trips after 10 min of being turned on. I ordered a new breaker & still trips. So tomorrow I will be up on the roof cleaning the coils. I truly hope that’s what it is. It’s a 2000 R-Vision Trail Bay.

its called lack of proper maintenance, the condenser should be cleaned at least twice a year, you should also add a few drops of light oil to the packing glands around your blower motor sleeve bearings.

How about when the AC set at 82 runs until 73 degrees during the day in FL 93 heat. I bought a Tempstick monitor works great. I come home to a popsicle cat.
What should I look for? When it’s 73 outside at night, 56% humidity. I set the inside at 78 but it gets really stuffy inside before it kicks on around 4am. I have it on auto fan. I also run both AC 15 & 13.5 one degree apart so there is no strain on the 15 in the LR. I have a 2019 Jayco trailer. What am I doing wrong? I haven’t done maintenance on the AC but I think I should.
