What a lovely artwork. The first images of that pastel colors flowing on the paper.. it was so joyful to watch! I first found adding the stripes was not a good idea but at the end wow it looks outstanding!

Hey Katy, I loved the prompt but was overloaded with ideas .I found the copic liner smeared when I added the wet colour on top, maybe it was just me. Love you artwork so colourful.
Sorry to hear about your loss. It can be helpful to do a little something artistic that's not too pressured just to give your mind a bit of a break. You've done a lovely piece, and while I don't get scrawlrbox (just upcrate) i watched because I am intrigued to see the latest ecoline offering. I got my first Ecoline brush pens from upcrate and i loved them. I had to buy a whole lot more they were so good! So these were nice to see. I don't know that i need the new ones tbh, but the CMYK colour combination was really inspiring!

It was quite cathartic to watch the pigments just do their thing and watch the colours move and flow. I have quite a few of the ecoline pens too and they are just lovely to work with aren't they? They also last a really long time too which is always a good thing for me. I might have to dig out my other ones now and have a bigger play 🥰

I seem to remember that bubble gum tasting like germoline ( not sure how I know what germoline tastes like though :P) I've tagged you and scrawlrbox on insta asking them to be nice and send you some more of that surface :) I hope that grief isn't too heavy on your heart and that you're managing.
