Thank you Kym ♥️ I'm glad you like it! The colours in the watercolour set were just right for a bit of a fantasy landscape and a perfect backdrop for the beginning of a quest! If you're UK based, the London graphics centre sells them otherwise I'm sure this box will be in the ScrawlrBox shop and you'll get some lovely paper and a brush to work with too! The paints are really quite interesting to work with and feel subtly different to a regular watercolour 😍
I don’t allow myself to play games, I get too hooked on them lols. When I used to play world or Warcraft, id wake myself talking as if I’m playing the game. Now I just wake myself up snoring instead 😂 This looks amazing! Xxx
Beautiful work Katy .These paints look interesting but looked into them and they are a bit expensive.and I don’t think they are even half pans either,but they do layer nicely. But it’s a good box this time for sure and a change from pens 🥰
Thank you Christine ♥️ they are quite interesting to work with. I do think they may be dye based but I could be wrong. They were very transparent to layer with and the finish of them when used as a mass tone looks a little like the colour sheets. The pan sizes I would say have the same volume as a half pan, but stretched out and flatter, so they look a bit bigger. They are a really nice travel sized set though. This was a really nice box to play with. I was really happy with this month's box 😍
Nice colour palette this time and and amazing art work! But isn't that watercolour paper a little TOO thin? Have some of that myself and this has 300 gsm. Never tried it out though, but that's quite the difference when it comes to water absorbing.
