  • In today's video, I go over the ways stress is affecting your gut. This concept is known as the "Gut-Brain Axis" and it will help you understand why you notice more bloating, discomfort, and other digestive symptoms when you're under prolonged stress!

Excellent explanation. I have listened to many people talk about SIBO but none have addressed the root cause of it like you have.

    Hello
Thank you very much for your video.
Just wanted to add some words
Taking a good care of the digestive system is also very important because, for example, 95% of the Serotonin hormone is produced in the intestines. Therefore, with a healthy intestine, a person will always be in a good mood.
In one of her AntiAging courses, a lecturer spoke of the unreasonable joy of following Healthy Diet recommendations.
I have been interested in Anti Aging since 2018, but only recently I learned about this extremely important point - a person's mood is formed precisely in his healthy digestive system.
Recall that the Great Hippocrates spoke about the same thing - All diseases begin in the human intestines. Arguing further, one can imagine how much this knowledge can help people in their lives.
A joyful life with a good mood. Thank you very again and all the very best

I want to share a theory about why people used to live so much longer, what I recently discovered - Why people lived much longer before , in ancient Times -
It turns out that in antediluvian times on Earth there was a very dense Atmosphere with a double partial pressure of oxygen, and everywhere else there was a very warm and favorable climate.
Also, people ate mainly fruits and greens, and nowadays people eat mostly cooked food, fried and boiled or buy ready-made food plus microwave processing.
According to this version, which is very similar to the truth, a person today does not receive the necessary enzymes for digesting food with food, and the body has to extract these enzymes from the person himself.
Thus, a person who cooks food loses his own enzymes and energy.
The same chemical food or GMO food, with which our body, created by Nature and for life in Nature, has to expend energy to process a product alien to nature, since GMO is not a selection, but a combination of genes of different species. In general, this GMO is a godless thing.
In connection with all this, we can assume why people used to live much longer - up to 950 years, and this is in the Bible.
Clean air, clean water and food are very important.
And they say that clean air can be even more important than the right diet.
Another movement - they say that movement is life, it's true. Why ? In our country, only arterial blood moves due to the contraction of the heart and contraction of the muscles of the capillary vessels, and the venous and lymphatic systems are valve systems, and there the movement of venous blood and lymph is carried out if the surrounding muscles contract.
If, for example, a person sits at a computer all day, and even in a poorly ventilated room, then it is clear that this is not very favorable, and there may be stagnation of fluid movement in the small pelvis and other consequences. Immobility and prolonged bending of the body is an additional burden on the heart and blood vessels and much more to say
Actually I have an article in my profile that I have been going to for about 5 years, collecting information on AntiAging - Way to Longevity
Please read when you have time
