Seven years after becoming a Christian, overcoming anxiety, insecurities, and addiction, I found myself falling into old patterns. So I took a step down from my platforms to get in touch with my foundations and go back to the basics of loving God and letting Him love me. In this first episode of the podcast, I share my lessons from that journey and hopefully encourage you to allow God to give you the strength you need to pick yourself back up.
