When our locs are short we cant wait for them to be long then when their long we miss when they were short..always getting in the way lol

Thankyou so much, yes you can style them with a simple barrel twist going back but i recommend leaving them out
My hair has A LOT of shrinkage .. especially doing the starter locs with curls like these. I wonder how it’ll look 🤔

You can get instant locs as well but they are mad expensive. We priced it about a month ago in Louisiana and it was about $850.

You definitely dont want to get the comb stuck, it will be a nightmare to get it out

I have freeform dreads i did this tutorial I combed some of my dreads out and then thanks to you. I made a starter loc.
I was wondering if I could go from freeform and then go to maintained locs. I'm trying to get the miles morales look from spiderman 2, and my hair was naturally looking like that before, but then I sponged it to get more defined segmemts and that was when whatever "locs" (they weren't completely locked up yet) began to twist together causing some locs to twist into another lock and just an overrall inconsistent pattern.
I noticed you didn’t use the clips to hold it, why? And also what locing gel did you use

temporary for up to a month i think, then your hair will start to lock naturally. it also depends on your hair type

I have a genuine question I followed ur tutorial and my friends hair still won’t stay in place even when I clip it. He goes to wash his hair and they fall out I’ve used the toughest gel I could find especially for dreads. Could there be something I’m doing wrong?
