I thought there were some great potential answers to the dog/TV question that no one said: changes the channel on the TV set, turns off the TV set, or tinkles on the TV set.
It kind of just depended on whether the world's smartest dog liked or hated Match Game. I was on the like side and gave the exact same answer as the contestant. "Sits in front of."
@@CousinOresama Good point. I think the potential answers are funnier if the dog hates Match Game, but it makes a little more sense to interpret it as the dog liking Match Game.
Here are the results from this week: Richard gave away the most money at a total of $14,600. Brett gave away $500 and Fannie gave away $250. Richard also matched the most at a total of 15 matches. Brett matched 10 times, Debralee matched 8 times, Charles and Fannie matched 7 times, and Bill matched 4 times.
This is at least the third or fourth iteration that I recall. The really odd thing is that this is clearly a second-round question in the first-round slot!
The "People who eat garlic" question I think was also recycled - I think a panelist accidentally revealed their answer on it and they had to throw the question out
Whoever is in charge of this programming has no idea what they are doing! I don’t even know if these comments are ever read? But just seen this a few episodes ago. This is ridiculous! This is gonna cost me to stop watching the Match game on the phone because I watch him back to back.
It happens SO OFTEN that people call Richard, Charles and Gene has done it now two shows straight. It must have something to do with the fact that char is present in both names but it seems that more people call Richard, Charles than vice versa.
Maybe he was elsewhere with his thoughts. My mother always mixed up the names of her children and grandchildren, when all of them were in the house and she had a lot to do.
@@dagmarkiontke That's what I thought, either tired or preoccupied. My mother mixed me up with female relatives in general, more so if they'd been around.
Problem seems to be that Gene had switched to calling Charles “Chuck.” After several shows, he missed saying “Charles”, and since Richard was the other longest serving male panel celebrity, he began making the error of calling him Charles.
Richard could read people well and guessed what he thought they would say
Buzz was a hoot! Loved him!
Debra Lee Scott and Fannie Flagg
I Love Debralee and Fannie
The perm isn't helping Debralee but she has babe look of the 70's for me.
I’m glad Buzz won something

LoL the dog could only tinkle on the set once. Remember they had tunes and it shock the heck outta the dog.
I agree with Gene. I really liked Buzz.
He's a real character he could've made a good side kick. Canubus!
I see BIG glasses were in style.
Yes they were a little tint in the glasses was very fashionable too.
They’re back again
How come television, in general, was so much better 50 years ago?
It was new
RD comes thru again
Richard sounds really tired on this ep. Wonder what he was up to during that time. I know FF had already started.
Both shows and he is exhausted, you can tell just looking at him
Started what?
My first thought was Susan Olsen (Brady Bunch).
Mine was Susan B. Anthony.

The nearsighted farmer question had been asked on a previous show albeit worded a little differently.
I've noticed that a lot.

If you had the luxury of watching at home you'd have a leg up on the recycled questions.

People who eat garlic ARE the loneliest people in the 🌎
Ya my life felt enriched having him on the program
And the audience booed her answer when it was the best answer.
happens a lot with audience
Ever notice that 90 percent of the female contestants were married with two kids?
It was the 70's that's what women did, get married and have kids
@@garfield2439Get married, have two kids then go back to work.
Fido TURNS ON the 📺 set, talk about rotten answers why would anyone say bites it ?
I've seen it before.
It's not uncommon for the dog to lay down and watch the TV. I'd want to say something complimentary to the show.
Wasn't every attempt at "Tarzan and Wild Boy" short-lived?

sits in front of is not the same as watches. Buzz should've won 1-0

Always Free to Watch ,on TH-cam
It's much better if you drop the $18.00 and don't have any commercials.
Why does Debralee keep looking over at Richard's writing? Don't do that Deb!
There's not much else to do while sitting there waiting.
Celebrities checked in on each other all the time. Especially Brett stealing answers.
