That "regis-joy" board just looks like another flavor of the Pandora Box concept. It may even be able to fit into a Pandora Box case, if you take it apart and swap it into an actual Pandora shell. Edit: Nvm, it's pretty much a Pandora Box DX clone.
My biggest problem with all these emulators that are jam packed with ROMs is that they are JAM PACKED with Roms to the point they aren’t fun because it’s hard to find the good stuff. And so much of the good stuff isn’t configured properly. I much prefer systems that have had some time and effort put into loading them up with classics that have the controls setup properly. Duplicates… rom hacks… and soooooo much garbage to sift through.
My advice is to just clear the game ROM list and put your own stuff on there. If it comes with a bad SD card, then you might as well just take a day, load up some custom firmware on a good SD card, and customize it the way you want.
The repeats are absolute dogshit and trying to put your own on the SD sometimes deletes EVERYTHING (even the OS).
@@badcp455 Uh... No? If it deleted everything on the card when you put your own games on it, it's because you're trying to do that to an unbranded card. As long as the actual SD card is a decent one, it will be a simple process. Those cheap unbranded SD cards do not take kindly to rewrites and should be scrapped asap if your unit comes with one due to their high failure rate anyway.
If your someone interested in this stuff at all id say get into it now. Get your devices and learn how to do everything with them. The future of emulation is uncertain at this point. We may not have the resources we do now in a few years
They can't stop emulation at this point idk wat you talking about for every 1 they shut down 5 more replace them....Pandora's box has been opened and they can't stop it now its impossible

is it because Switch is Nintendo's latest system or other emulators are also at risk?
@@CornyPuddleWell technically we have 4. Yuzu and Ryujinx have been archived and can be downloaded and have great compatibility and Sudachi continues the development of Yuzu and Strato is still in active development.

I have the Kinhank Super Console like 2 years ago and all the PS1 games have music. It wasn't $40 though, and it may be because the files were in the form of PSP roms
Psp tends to stutter on devices like this. You have to activate frame skip 2x for this. Fixes the audio too.
I have the K36 coming. Looks like the same design as the one in the video. The analog sticks look like the ones on a backbone. I have one and playing certain parts of vice city isn’t easy with it. Hopefully, if I don’t like the k36 I can get roms ofc it and play them on the shield pro.

Can you create save files on any of these emulation systems. Cuz im definately not going to play through a rpg in 1 setting
@@KIrvin_The_Scholar yes, saves work and they have save states as well
A lot of these are running versions of emulationstation or Batocera, etc and it supports game saves to virtual memory cards as well as emulator specific save states for ANY game even if they didn’t originally support saving.

It's always fun to watch a video about pirate stuff available to buy worldwide and another one about Nintendo going after small guys. I guess if you are a big company you can profit from piracy but not when you are an individual .
No music? Same on some handhelds. You get more PS1 romz on a memory card without music files.
I still find it the best of you can mod your PS3 & PSP/VITA as they are emulation beasts and I still play my emulated games on them and i cannot complain to thos day for the basics

Great video !! Cheap handhelds are not worth it !!! Stay far away from these !! Many of these from a China are rom dumps - loads of duplicates !!! Many times , the music is removed to make room for other games !!

just buy a I5 computer refurb for 70$ and use it to run n64 games just plug into tv plus controlers are easyer to setup ebay HP i5 Desktop Computer Mini Pc 8GB 70$

if it runs with the T820 chip, it will run up to ps2 with little to no problems
Exactly why it's best to rely on original hardware. I don't use these in any professional situation.

I DESPISE the menu on these. TRASH. It's frustrating and the paper instructions are useless. The portable PowKiddy is much better, yet they continue to use an inferior menu for the plug/play versions.
you can go in to the settings on psp and get a different emulator to run it better and update it you have to twerk some games but its a good handheld got mine in may
TH-camrs have played a massive role in Nintendo attacking emulation why promote this bro it's not like it's complicated and hard to learn yeah you guys made a career out of it think I'm over it not the emulation but you TH-camrs that constantly promote emulation this needs to be like Fight Club of course it's not going to last
To be fair a lot of the problems started when idiots were promoting emulation sites instead of generally keeping their mouths shut. I am referring to the Delta emulator that got put on the iPhone so a whole lot of newbies came in and started promoing the rom sites bringing too much visibility to them.
