True. Technically it’s just Fantastic Beast and Where to Find them. Though you could also say Wizarding World (of Harry Potter): Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them
While the PJ books have the mechanics for recasting Lance Reddick's roll already worked into the story, they're going to have to make decisions on how they're going to do the recasting. Do they go the route of having someone cast similar to Lance Reddick, and have him try to have him act as close to Lance as possible, or do you cast someone completely different and have them do their take on the character? Because it's kind of an important one.
@R0ary hm, good question! Ive always had the headcannon that the gods can change their mortal appearance by occasion. I know aphrodite can do that cannonically but in my head it would make sense to have that for all the gods! It's a small detail that can be included in the case of recasting in tragic events like this, I think. Rip Lance Reddick
@@bigboymoozoh yes. Canonically all the gods can appear however they wish to. They just all have their preferences. As for Aphrodite, she appears as whatever the viewer sees as most attractive. Artemis prefers to appear as a young teenage girl, the same age as most of her hunters. So a recast will be easy as far as explaining why Zeus looks different, but I believe it’ll be difficult as far as emotionally and characterization. We’ll just have to see how it goes and have hope for to future of this series 🫶🏼

Then there are newest books in Percy Jackson franchise that are releasing right now - that are direct sequel to Heroes of Olympus. Then storywise - you still have 5 Apollo books + Sun and Star book, that is the newest in the whole story. So more like 17-19 years... And then have them reprise that role until they are 30-35 to finish the whole franchise... Unless more books come out after Sun and Star.
