I'm not even sure if you do this intentionally, but I super appreciate the kindness and all of your videos how you give different alternatives. Even how you say not organic is okay. Thank you for making us feel better when we don't have what might be considered the best ingredients or tools, and giving us alternatives. I just feel like in this age where there's so much consumerism your channel is so refreshing

I’m not paying $3.50 for a box of crackers when I can spend a few minutes and a few cents to make something that’s far better than store bought !!!

my 14 yr old son that loves to cook and bake decided to make these today. We used homemade dry ranch mix as our flavor and WOW they were awesome. So easy! Now he wants to come up with different flavors and give them as gifts to our relatives. Thanks again!

Awesome on top of the wood stovetop slow cooked soup. It's fabulous that Kevin helps in the kitchen and Sarah in the fields, etc... My biological parents were farmers + careers. My father a Colonel in Air Force. My mom a botanist and wildlife scientist, I was born in the continent of Africa. After I was sent to 🇺🇸 with relatives , the patriarch of the family wouldn't step foot in the kitchen unless dishing out supersized bowl of ice cream. The "You Tube" kudos of the week goes out to the two of you for stepping in where help is needed the most.

Kevin, I remembered watching this vid way back when. I found a recipe for a great little crunchy snack. Not fast by any means though. I slice zucchini on a mandolin lengthwise to about ¼" thickness. I fill up all 10 racks of the dehydrator. Then I use a mortar and pestle to make superfine kosher salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. They are for the 7 yr old and my better half. Mine, I sprinkle with smack ya mama seasoning salt. I dehydrate at 135 for 8-12 hrs depending on humidity and moisture content and such. They hold crunch very well, especially in a vacuum sealed mason jar.

I made these today. Just great. Excellent video and a real winner. I used about 1 teaspoon of salt based on baking experience and I found them to be plenty salty given the salting step during baking. I replaced 1 cup of the white flour with a mix of rye and kernza flour (kernza is a perennial wheat). They were right on hand for me but cornflour, whole wheat, spelt and many others would work just fine. One other trick I learned recently. You can roll them out right on your baking sheet as long as they do not have too large rims (mine have none). It works really well. Keep up the great work and I will look for more of your videos.
