I'm not so sure about that. Galaxy class is pretty sophisticated and is powerful in it's own right, but is an exploration ship. Vengeance class was a purpose built warship. The problem is that the original vs Abrams universe ships are different with the weapons systems. If you do that, I think the result would be different. Or at least more representative.

Vengance is from like the 23rd century and the galaxy class is from the 24th 😭😭😭 The Klingon K'tinga or D4 class starships and the Romulan Bird of Prey were all warships of the time, do you think ANY of those, even with all 3 could defeat a Galaxy class? Remember, the Romulan Bird of Prey was powerful enough to take out an outpost. It couldn't even match a galaxy class in terms of destructive power, much less take out the sheilds or damage them in some significant manner.

This game does not account for that, so I get it, but I did mention that if you convert a prime 1701D to an Abrams 1701D that I think Vengeance would have faired better. I do stand on the issue that Vengeance was a dedicated warship vs a ship of exploration, even if 80+ years apart. Consider: an old U-Boat, armed with a modern torpedo has a fair chance to approach a modern destroyer and sink it
@@meme9492 exploration does not matter the federation simply allowed civillians on vessels and did not make dedicated warships they did not how ever believe in underpowering vessels even their scout ships if they were of a class that was contemporary to galaxy class would have similar class and power of weapons just less of them and possibly less shield and hull strength, the federation was a very technically minded organization they prided them selves on keeping EVERY ship up to date with the latest tech, excelsior class refits done during the TNG era had weapons able to make them go toe to toe with the defiant an actual rare example of a dedicated federation warship, the galaxy class was essentially a mobile base it had a full array of labs, senors, refinery and mining equipment, industrial replication as well as commercial replication stations and was equal if not slightly stronger than a dedicated warship of larger size like the romulan d'deridex, fed exploration and science focus means they had accsess to tech from many worlds some of which were ancient powers long dead they also had tech exchanges with the klingons since the signing of the khitomer accords so had accsess to their vast array of combat focused advancements, the federation's ability to come up with new tech was something to fear as even the cardassians who at one point were equal in combat power eventually fell behind until the dominion gave them a tech boost and that boost only gave them an advantage for all off a few months before the federation had adapted and advanced their own tech to match and pass them, the reason the federation ships are called exploration ships is because that is their primary focus but starfleet as still a millitry organization and they were not stupid they knew exploration was dangerous and at any point ba more hostile neighbour could declare war so all their ships had the most advance weapons at the time of construction and would get refits as and when possible.

Then after that no Federation ship was safe until they were able to counter the Breen draining weapon. Even though we saw the Jem'Hadar take out the Odyssey (RIP) but yeah even a wing of Galaxy class ships can easily take out an enemy ship even as powerful as Dominion ships. I don’t trust the settings in the game. There’s no real way to determine the real strength and power of phasers and shields etc…. I can program a Delta Flyer to destroy a galaxy class in one hit… it’s pure entertainment but no real connection to actual strength in Star Trek
