It's very simple first you need to take your memory card and save your audio in the MP3 format then try the process. I have made a video in which I showed how you can listen to audio in DZ09 check that out on my channel. Thanks

I think there's an issue with the memory card because MP3 is the most common audio format. Here's what you can try. Connect your memory card with the computer then format it with either FAT32 or exFAT format try these two options and then save your mp3 audio and try to play, it should work. These two options depend on the compatibility of your memory card so u have to try both of the methods which works for u

There is the issue with the battery you have to replace it as you can see in my video that the battery starts to charge, although it was old, but the battery was functional. The possible reason is that your watch was off for a long time which caused the battery to die and therefore it's now useless. Once you use a new battery it will definitely work.🙂No worries

It might not work for everyone. It not just depends on the process of repair but also upon the condition of your watch and for how long it's turned off. That matters too. I hope u understand

If your watch is not turned ON since a long time, the battery starts to drain on it's own and eventually dies.
