I saw a bird twice in Mexico. Once in the Oaxaca Valley driving by Tule and again going to a Hot Spring south of Xalapa. It was the largest bird I have ever seen. The Mexicans call it the Royal Vulture. Americans call it the King Vulture. It looks like a small airplane.
